Love this place and the food and cocktails is just awesome.
Can’t stop myself from visiting this restaurant over again.
They take care of every order right and don’t let you wait any longer. waiter and also owner behavior is great.
Everything is simply perfect about this place. Highly suggested.

Good location but very pricey and food quality is very random (ribs were good but smoked salmon plate was a rip-off).

Lovely service. Really nice, friendly waiters. Shame that the food is absolutely awful. Truly, truly awful. Prepacked, supermarket heat-ups! We paid €2.50 for a knock-off Coke and €4 for a tin of Lidl beer. My son only wanted bread, butter and cheese and we paid nearly €10 for two rolls, five bits of identical, plastic cheese and a pat of butter in a plastic tub with a peel-off lid. Absolutely horrendous food. Don't go folks.... You'll be as annoyed as I am if you do......
I feel really sorry for the waiters who are trying their best but are stuck with a hideous menu and of course a lot of annoyed customers who leave zero tips. Such a shame for them.
NOTE: IF YOU'RE ONLY GOING FOR A DRINK, IT'S A LOVELY VENUE. LOTS OF FOLIAGE, LIME TREES AND COSY, SNUG AREAS

Zero stars would be appropriate. But due to the kind waiters and the surroundings we agree to one star. The food tastes like it is taken directly from a supermarket and re-heated. Ee ordered a Coke. We got one from a discount supermarket - which is ok if you know what you are paying for. The owner does not care about your experience. His self-assessment is appalling. The price level is outrageous.
Do not go.

The absolute worst expierence of my whole 'restauranting' life.

While ample effort has been put into the exterior and decor, a rickety mezzanine, and tropical fish pond being the single highlight, the food and drink leave much to be desired. As our meals promptly arrived, that is shortly after being served the Portuguese equivalent to Rola-Cola, (2.50€) my face could not contain the look of pure anguish as I was presented with what can only be described as a 'luxury slap-up meal, the slap included!' That's right, a moutain of lettuce, including a handful of tomatoes and olives that sat above brine sodden water straight from the jar. This was accompanied by the supposed main event; a pitiful looking quiche. Having being absolutely Hank Marvin after scaling the amazing Moorish Castle that looms over this so called establishment, I was outraged to recall the menu pricing from before placing my order. Feeling personally robbed of our Euros, we left completely and utterly in disbelief. If you too find yourself in this position, hungry and parched after a days walking, I urge you not to be led in by the tropical and tranquil surroundings as the experience is anything but! Oh, and we paid 1.50€ for a knob of butter presented on a plate still packaged in all its foil like glory.

If only the Moorish ghosts of centuries afore had warned us; do not enter this scarily disappointing restaurant, as it will haunt you for eternity. 0 stars if I could.

I'll get my karlsquell from Aldi myself next time instead of paying 3,00€ for it. The beer is presented as ''Cerveja Tradicional' and the friendly waiter really did his best to sell it as a local specialty...
But it did quenche my thirst (as drinks often do) so: 1 star

The absolute worst 'restaurant' I have ever been to, horrific service, prices and atmosphere and the quality of food is shockingly bad, 50 euros for a couple of nibbles is tantamount to theft. I hope you get closed down!
