Nice garden nearby the palace, free entrance & cozy coffee place.

Un joli bassin alimente un lavoir où une lavandière et un cochet en bas-relief de style naïf semblent jouer un rôle important dans ce jardin à la française. La colonne de style manuélin, qui était autrefois sur la place devant le palais royal, trône en son centre. De ce jardin, on a une très belle vue sur le centre historique de Sintra. La promenade continue en longeant l'aile gauche du palais qui mène à une tonnelle et un potager, puis au patio des lions où l'on peut voir de magnifiques azulejos anciens Hispano-Mauresques. Entrée libre.
