This restaurant is located on the rocks slightly overhanging the beach, so the view is breathtaking anytime of the day and especially at sunset. They don't take bookings because of the success of the place. From June to September, it's always full! We visited four times in the space of 6 weeks.

This is a family run business, the service is warm and friendly but the place can get a little loud. However, we loved every minute of it! All staff speak good English and make you feel at ease.

We started with clams, Spanish style mussels and had the octopus and a steak, both as main courses. We washed it down with some "vinho verde" (green wine). All were very tasty and I particularly loved the octopus!

One thing to know though is to make sure to be very specific with your order as if you leave the boss recommends items for you, he always picks the most expensive ones ;p

This is our to go place for lunch, dinner at the Santa Rita beach. Has a selection of wines, very tasty octopus salad, sides & main dishes - all enjoyed on the first line of the ocean.

I love having my morning coffee contemplating the ocean and savoring the amazing pastries and the best bread ever!! Dinner is also a fabulous experience as you enjoy the food and watch the sunset. Go visit them. You will love it!!!

First visit and will be back! Huge menu variety, fair prices, great views and very friendly staff. We had a simple lunch of tosta, prego and fries but food was very tasty!

Amazing location, directly on the stunning beach. Good service and nice food. We did not wait long to get inside and had a table with view over the beach. The grilled fish was very good, the picanha (steak) was everything it should be. Was well worth the stop on the road

Nice restaurant on top of beach!

This all in one place (restaurant, bar & beach club) is located on Santa Rita beach. It has great over looking views of the wide beach and ocean. The appetizers were fresh and the service was entertaining to say the least. The space is cramped but us Portuguese people don't mind personal space. Also there are stray cats walking around but they don't bother anyone. Over all I enjoyed the visit and will return.

Is it a cafe, a restaurant, or a beach bar? Who cares! It's all of these, and yet something more. Excellent food in a prime location with a sweeping view of Santa Rita beach. Perfect for a sunset drink and a snack or a meal, served fresh, by the hospitable hosts. Great wine too. Faultless!

Very good environment and view. They seem to be very clean and are taking all the safety measures that this time demands. Meals are very tasty and well served. I will be back for sure.
