Lourinhã Dino Park

A very interesting and educational park, very well designed and maintained. Lots of tables for picnic, a few vending machines and a couple of tents with activities for the kids.
Museum is also very interesting and informative.
Unfortunately terrible food. We were there on a rainy day with not so many visitors but the queue for the food was very long. And, as already said, it was not worth the wait!

What an excellent place. The small Musium was fascinating, then the different paths to follow by periods with a map, the kids loved it. Awesome activities for the kids. Great outdoor adventure with a play park and picnic area. Also had food options to purchase if you don't want to bring your own picnic. At the exit there is a souvenir shop. We drove 2 and a half hours to get there so it was a big bonus that we could also visit the beach after. Very recommended. The little one haven't stopped asking to go back ever since, so we will definitely go back.

There are nice park total in the shadow, many zonas for picnic, café with good food, playgrounds and of course amazing dinosaurs.

Actually pretty surprising and good. I was expecting just that the town would have a few dinosaur statues here and there but it's an actual complete theme park very informative well-kept and enjoyable

The dinosaur park is super awesome, not only is it a wonderful outing with so many great dinosaurs to see, but the setting is beautiful as well. Especially during a warm day, when there's often a soft breeze in the forest and one can smell the fresh forest air. And they have a great playground and little playground corners sprinkled throughout.

Now to make the park experience complete, the staff is super friendly and makes sure everything goes smoothly.

If you live in the area, I recommend getting a yearly ticket so you can visit as often as you want to.

10/10 Highly recommend this park for children, teens and adults. My 3.5 daughter ran with excitement with her friend 7 years old, they squealed with joy and excitement for hours under well shaded pine tree forest. It was perfect for a hot summers day. They had a places to grab snacks, ice cream and drinks. We stopped to do a Dino Excavation project that was enjoyed by all. we plan on returning as we didn’t see everything and didn’t make it to the activities center. My daughter can’t stop talking about it a day later!

What a great way to spend a day with the kids! There's so much to do and learn, and with all the services and facilities inside (and not as expensive as you would guess) you can plan a lunch and whole afternoon, easy

Great fun for a family day out. All ages are welcomed. A lot of really cool life-size structures to see.

Has a restaurant and a few food stalls to purchases beverages and snacks while you're on the go.

Tickets are cheaper online, so I would recommend purchasing them beforehand.

It was so surreal to see the dinosaurs and the sizes compared to us .Would recommend this place with family and loved ones only. If your with friends then its just not much to say.

A great place to take the kids and for adults too.

Here you will find approximately 180 life size models of dinosaurs and also an activity center to keep the kids content.

You can also see some fossils and bones from dinosaurs millions of years old.

The area is famous for the quantity of dinosaur related items such as bones and fossils and is located around 10 minutes from the seaside so you can combine the two.

They have a restaurant and a shop also where you can buy mostly dinosaur related items.

There is plenty of parking.

Brilliant dinosaur Park with very large dinosaur statues (some animated) in shaded bushland flat walking areas. Perfect for kids of all ages. Pram/push chair friendly, shad, picnic tables, well places ice cream stops. Large hands on activity area, photo opportunities, peak through to fossil lab. Bone and fossils on display. Great day out.

A wonderful visit for Dino lovers of all ages. Run by extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, it offers a day long excursion into the prehistoric era with creatures from all different times. An exciting adventure, with the opportunity to dig for fossils, create some art, and share all the dinosaur love. Food is good and highly accessible, super clean with the kindest staff. Highly recommended.

Great experience for the whole family. Not our first trip to Portugal but our first to Lourinhã and Dino Parque. Kids aged 8,10, 11 all loved it. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Diogo and Pedro who took the time to talk with us and answer our questions. Thought we would be here 2-3 hours but spent almost the entire day! Highly recommend if you have a dino lover in your house!

Great place with children!

As dinosaurs fan I visited several parks around the world. This park is the best: you walk in the big forest around all type of dinosaurs replicas. Their size is matching the real ones, the rendering is amazing. When you are on the city of Lourinhã (near from the park) you can find dinosaurs replicas like on roundabouts. I absolutely recommend it!

This attraction was very enjoyable to visit. It's not been open that long, and they've made the most of the space. There are walks for several of the well known epochs, and each of these has lots of model dinosaurs illustrating what you could expect to find roaming the planet at that time.
There is an activity center which is geared towards kids. Kids are also given a quiz when you buy the tickets that encourages them to read about the models. While the info for each dinosaur is in multiple languages, the quiz we had was in Portuguese. While fine for us, it may be worth enquiring if they have it in English.

We had a blast! Great for kids!
