Delicious fresh grilled fish. Went twice in a week. Great fresh food and very friendly service. Will definitely be back for the flan (puddim)!

Went here for lunch and really enjoyed our meal.

The starters were huge (prawns) if we'd have known they were this big we'd have just had this!

For mains we have the dish of the day and an Octopus salad. All the food was fresh and arrived really quickly.
The service was great and the place had a really nice vibe.
There seemed to be a lot of locals who were there for lunch which is a sign of quality.

There is parking out the front so that's not an issue. Lastly I was great value for money, we ended up ordering starters and a main which we struggled to finish. All of this came to 40 euros which is really cheap for the quantity and quality.

Best restaurant on the strip. This local mom and pop restaurant makes incredible, fresh grilled fish and excellent mussels. Also enjoyed the chicken kabob. Very well priced as well...ended up coming back 4 times in the short time we were in Algarve. Also the house win is terrific (giant portion too). The menu is also gluten friendly, my wife is celiac and had no reactions.

We came here during the low season (end of April, beginning of May). The food was good, reasonable price and exceptional service. We had grilled sardines for appetizers and seafood cataplana. This restaurant is few minutes walk from the Pine Cliffs hotel without the resort price.

Beautiful little restaurant, fresh fish, good choice, catch of the day, sardines, nice steak as well and kebab skewers. Good wine selection and really nice service. Not the usual touristy experience. Highly recommended for a nice dinner, Portuguese family style. Kids options available and tasty!

Lovely family owned restaurant, attentive service with a smile. We loved it so much we went back the next (and our final) night! Excellent food but the service takes it to another level. And prices are beyond reasonable. Thank you for introducing us to Beirão as well!

Absolutely amazing food! Came into their restaurant starving after our flight and their kitchen had been closed for over an hour, but they welcomed us in anyways and fed us the best fish soup as well as another dish. I couldn’t get the fish soup out of my head and had to return the next day for more.

Delicious food! Gluten friendly - the server, upon hearing that I was gluten free, had the chef make thr fish soup without noodles. We had the cataplana, which was amazing!

Amazing and fresh see food at a reasonable price, with quick and super friendly service. The place feels like an absolute gem, with a family, home-made vibe that seems to also get a lot of local patrons which is always a good sign.

We went to this traditional Portugese restaurant for the whole week for dinner and lunch. Very delicious food, good price, quick service and the most important friendly owner who try to give the best service to us even having a nice conversation and take everything under our wishes.

Excellent Portuguese food and lovely friendly family service. Wide variety, we had prawn kebabs, fresh sardines, piri piri chckien and the pork special (crazy mixture of pork, pickled cauliflower olives potatoes and clams that actually works) and everyone delighted with what they had.

All the staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Exactly what we were looking for - family run, not touristy, authentic, super friendly service and very affordable. Excellent food - the fish was so fresh. The seafood cataplanas from the next table smelled and looked amazing. Relaxed dining experience outside. Would definitely return.

Great place, homemade style. Food quality is superb. I would recommend the "Cataplana Tamboril". Also the grilled codfish deserves a try.

We just had such a delightful and tasty meal. My husband had the piri piri chicken and I had the pork á alentejana. Both were tasty. Also had the tomato and onion salad. Superb. Low key, great service and wow! so much better than the terrible dinner with terrible service we had from a restaurant down the street *i **sta. So glad we tried this place.
