Restaurante O Golfinho

We ate our lunch here almost every day during our week holiday. The food was really good - a notch above the average beach cafe - and the service was impeccable.

I think it was probably the service that made us come back so often. The waiter was very friendly and helpful, and by the middle of the week had remembered our drinks order etc.

Highly recommended.

We went there for a cocktails or dinner few times during our stay. It’s recommended to book a table for dinner especially if you want to sit on the terrace, with a view.
Cocktails in the bar part are also very good.

The fish is superb. We visited twice while on holiday, on the first occasion I had excellent sardines and on the second sea bream sold by the kilo. Excellent selection of local wine.
Service was typical of a tourist hotspot, friendly and efficient but a little impersonal.
The setting is perfect, relax and take in the vibe.
At certain times you will have to queue. Well worth a visit, prices are average.

Superb place at the end of a long walk for us! Amazing cheeseburger, friendly staff and amazing views of the beach! We love it there!

Delicious food, good portions and wonderful recommendations from the staff. The grilled prawns are incredible with a delicious butter, garlic and olive oil sauce.

We came for dinner on the last night of the holiday and we were blown away, such a shame we didn’t come on our first night as we would have been back many times. We had the garlic prawns to start which were superb. For mains our waiter suggested a dish not on the menu, squid cooked ‘our way’ and red bream. These dishes were some of the best seafood we have ever eaten, really outstanding. Thank you for such a brilliant meal

The food was delicious and I was able to pick the fish I wanted cooked which is always a fun experience as well as knowing it is fresh. The staff was very friendly and attentive and you could tell locals where there as well. I am American and the staff spoke very decent English which was a huge help. In the picture is grilled Sea Bream, potatoes cooked in olive oil, and seasonings as well as a tomato salad.

Nothing to fault. Another great beach casual dining location. Not as refined as O Pescador at Sta Ulalia but well presented and tasty menu. Can be very busy due to proximity to Olhos major hotels.

Best garlicky prawns in the area....come every time we are here

Fantastic place by the sea, staff is great, fresh dally fish, stunning view.

Really tasty food, that was better and far cheaper than the other sea front restaurants in the area (literally half the price compared to the other 3 restaurants on the same stretch of beach). Went back twice during our trip, would 100% recommend!

Really lovely beach bar. Packed on a Sunday, so we sat outside and had a beer and some olives and a toastie. Really fun to people-watch and see all the cars try and get parked on the one tiny road in!
