Piri Piri Steakhouse

First getting a table, if you are planning to go from 18h-19:30h you should make a reservation. Being a hotel steakhouse with a large assortment of cuts to choose from I was skeptical how everything would taste. In the end we ended up ordering the Tomahawk (feeds 2), NY Strip, Tenderloin, and Ribeye. When our mains arrived I was pleasantly surprised not only with the presentation but the quality and seasoning of each meat. Sides were plentiful, I recommend the mashed potatoes, truffle mac & cheese, and spinach. Moving towards desert, we ended up going with the brownie cookie and cheesecake. Both of which ere extremely rich and very filling! The service did start to become slow as the night went on as our reservation was for 20h and we ended up leaving at around 23h. Overall, a great option for those in the area wanting to have a majority non-sea based meal.

Excellent food and service. The online menu isn’t exactly accurate, it probably changed in the meantime, but the dishes were diverse and interesting. We’ve tried the chef’s special of the day which was a lamb rack with purple potato purée, as well as the pork ribs - both meats were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Even the side of rice with chorizo was amazing. The staff is attentive and professional.
I didn’t expect much from the interior based on the Google pics available, I was, however, pleasantly surprised of the lovely setting outdoors where we had our table.

Prices aren't cheap by Portuguese standards but by Irish prices they weren't crazy either.
I was fearful of the cost, based on reviews here, but shouldn't have been

It was good value for food quality and service given.
Of all the food offerings in Pine Cliffs resort this was far aware the best.
Much of the food in Pine Cliffs us really expensive for absolutely mediocre quality.

Piri Piri was relatively expensive but still represented value due to quality.

Incredible Tomahawk! My fiance and I are beef lovers so go for this type of meal quite often. This one in particular was one of the best we've had. We're from Ireland and are used to some of the best beef on the planet and this was up there. It was of Australian origin as far as I can remember. Although quite expensive at €90, it did come with sides and sauces that were equally as good. The service was excellent and friendly and the serving of the beef was quite theatrical. This was our last meal of our holiday and we were disappointed it wasn't our first as we would have returned.

The service was very attentive. The food was lovely. A little pricey but you certainly get what you pay for!
