Praça da República, Elvas

Nice place.
Especially in the December month where there is a Christmas market

The best part about the park is that it leads you to the UNESCO world heritage castle of Elvas, the museum which is just by the corner and the cathedral right at the south of the praça. And at the park tou get to see many exhibition of arts, goods and items that are traditional to Elvas. Most importantly you get a lot of option to choose what to eat from the many food vendors whose shops are situated around the park. Don’t forget to take a picture by the ❤ELVAS structure as a reminder that you visited this beautiful town.

It’s really peaceful in here, get lost in the streets, you will find a really good a familiar place, it can be a bit quiet but who says it isn’t good? Come and visit the city it’s beautiful.

One of my favorite city in Portugal

I loved this plaza; very open, not many people around during the day (or evening) and good selection of restaurants and bars.

Elvas is so beautiful and has so much to offer. Definitely worth a visit.

La Plaza de la República está situada en el centro de la fortaleza de la ciudad. Es la principal plaza del centro histórico. Esta rodeada de restaurantes y bares donde se esta muy cómodo en días soleados.
