We were told this was a must for grilled sardines by our Airbnb host. He was right! We made it for the last week of fresh grilled sardines, and this place does it right! Loved Carme too! This is off the beaten path but worth it!

Dorada ( Gilt-head bream) fish fry with fries was very delicious, also very friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I don’t mind visiting again.

Extremely good food! We had both grilled meat and grilled fishes- and everything was delicious ! The service is also amazing, the owner is very caring and she paid attention to all of our needs. Highly recommended :)

Very good familiar restaurant! I got luck on finding, by accident, this place. I took fish and it was really good, tasty and well cooked. I recommend this place if you like good food with a nice service in a characteristic quarter of Lisbon

Amazing home cooked food, friendly atmosphere (even for us obvious tourists!). The rabalo was presented to me before being cooked and came to table perfect. The cozido was flavorful and hearty. House wine perfectly acceptable for 6€ a liter. A true local find not overrun by tourists.

The service is slow but if you want a thing take Portuguese food this is the place to get it. It is tucked in corner inactive alloping neighborhood, but the waitress is just a peach and the food is just delicious.
