Very spacious box with good new material and nice atmosphere. It has confortable changing rooms with showers. Prices are EU Crossfit standard.
I went for a drop-in session, so I cannot judge the quality of its coaches.

Trained in this box for 4 months and could not recommend it more! I was a total beginner and found a great community, with amazing coaches who welcome everyone from all levels of Crossfit. The facilities are top notch as well. It's amazing the evolution one can have after having the right support and guidance.

It's been 5 months since I joined and haven't looked back. The box is huge, it has all the equipment you need and a reserved space to do your own workouts if you choose to do so. The coaches are awesome and knowledgeable, programming is really good and varied and you got plenty of classes to choose from. There are always scaling options so doesn't matter the level you are, you're always welcome!

Ginásio muito bom de CrossFit. Já é dos ginásios mais antigos em Lisboa, através do crossfit Alvalade, e já têm experiência no treino.
Treinadores especializados e um planeamento de aulas bem preparado e cuidado. Tem também muito material disponível e variado.
O ambiente das aulas varia em diferentes horários, mas, por norma, há sempre um bom espírito de grupo.
As instalações são boas. Os balneários talvez pequenos para as horas de ponta.

Muito bom, para quem gosta de treino com técnica, intensivo e desafiante recomendo bastante.
Ótimo ambiente entre coaches e alunos.
Gosto bastante e recomendo, faça a experiência quem não conhecer.

Fui para un drop in y los coches son muy atentos y hay buen ambiente. Antes de ir, preguntad bien la dirección porque se mudaron cerca.
