Very nice area, lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff.. big indoor swimming pool with showers, toilets and nice gym .. (get swimming cap or buy from the reception).

Good food, room service was fast while a bit slow for dinning and set menus..
Good breakfast but There is no fresh juices or fresh eggs. It was ready egg mix but anyway it was still good..

Room are spacious, very comfortable beds.
It is very nice for couples, honeymooners,little kids.. not that fun for teenagers nothing much to do during winter time better summer time with more water activities around.

2 outdoor pools, very nice spa with excellent prices worth trying, many lounges around, good underground free parking.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Portugal. There are 4 different swimming pools, each carrying a different experience, located around the hotel and surrounded by so many palm trees that give an exotic touch, used in the same time as a fence between the pools and the rooms. The rooms are comfortable and all of them have a nice view, even if you can tell some stuff are a bit dated, but this doesn't affect at all the final judgment. Together with my fiancee, we dediced to celebrate the wedding here and the hotel management gave us the suite, boosting our happiness. Not just during the special day, but throught the whole our staying, the staff took care of us, trying to gave us the best experience ever. Special mention goes to the restaurant of the hotel, able to modify the standard menu with our requests, satisfying in the same time italian and portuguese families, and the staff serving us, able to perfectly handle even the most unconventional situations.

Amazing place with stunning views over the lake.In what the hotel is concerned there are a few drawbacks - quality of the food served in the lobby bar and the poolbar, not much to choose from. The only restaurant available is a la carte and there isn't much choice here either. Breakfast is very good and the whole staff is very friendly and willing to make your stay a great one. It's a pity the hotel is not being explored to its fullest, especially the infinity pool, which lacks a bar. Possibly all these flaws are due to the pandemic. Let's hope this is the reason. But, overall our stay was a pleasant one.

We had a very good stay. Even with the low capacity of the restaurant during Covid times we had our dinner in the room (same menu the restaurant had) only for more 8euros. The hotel was full but it didn't feel crowded. Only down side was the noise of the windows opening in the other rooms as they are big and made the building shake...

Awesome place to spend a few days in family. We came with our toddler and we had a great time together. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is state-of-the-art.

The experience you get in this hotel is closest to a resort experince. The pools are beautiful, and there are 4 of them, so they are never too crowded and towels are vivem só you don't have to use your own. The staff is helpful and friendly. There are two restaurants. One os buffet (seasonal) and os around 25 euros/person. The food is delicious and abundant. The other is " a lá carte " a bit more expensive but really sorry it ir you came make the splurge. One of the best experiences I've ever had in Portugal.

Amazing hotel. Too many pools to count plus the one on the lake. Just amazing. The space is really good and clean, the staff is very nice and the restaurant is amazing. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit too confusing to walk around. To repeat for sure!

A great example of everything a five star hotel should aim to be. Super confortable rooms, the pool areas are incredible, staff is very accommodating, and there are two incredible restaurants to visit. Top notch experience!

Excellent hotel, inserted in a magnificent scenery, right next to montargil lake. The restaurant is high level and the service extremely competent and friendly. Lots of amenities available. In a nutshell, it's a great place to visit.

This is excellent for a romantic escape. Staff is friendly and I particularly like the attention to detail. We even got a birthday cake at breakfast.

Great hotel, one of the best I've visited, a very chill space with beautiful landscapes. The decoration is just over the top!

Everything thing is nice, from the facilities, staff, food pools, view, the lake... The perfect place for a peace and calm stay.
