My companions also enjoyed the veggie burger. So much so, that at first they were unsure whether it's really 100% vegan and not meat.

Fantastic service, amazing brunch food, and a cute rear garden area.

The food was super Amazing and the staff are super friendly. Specifically Rhuan and Vinicius are superb. The place is very neat and clean. In the restaurant and out in the terrace.

The veggie burger here is so awesome that on our last day at Lisbon we came back to get one again: it's that good!

The octopus is also highly recommended - unlike in many other places, the portion is more than generous and really delicious!

Excellent food all around and very reasonable prices, portions were also just right. The service was a bit slow, but on a Thursday night with only two waiters, they were packed!

We had a wonderful evening at Cafe Royal. The food, the location and especially the service by Hussein was outstanding. The cuisine offers a nice selection of dishes from all over the world, these are prepared with excellent taste and the plates are very nicely arranged. The restaurant is decorated with a lot of attention to detail and you feel very comfortable. The greatest thing, however, was by far Houssein, who does an incredibly great job with his manner and makes the visit an unforgettable experience! Thanks to him we spent here the most beautiful and fun evening of our Portugal trip. Thanks a lot and keep it up!

Above and beyond, the food is made like an art, delicious with wide variety of choices, even the menu is made with touch of creativity, absolutely recommended.

Lovely sat out on the terrace with the heater on a cool day. Excellent service. We just ordered some starters, they were all delicious. Would add an extra star for them for being so helpful with our baby, finding foods that he would like, the great baby chair with a table, and especially for setting us up a makeshift baby changing table as they didn't have one. A lovely experience overall.

Three days in Lisboa, and these are far the best balanced and nice tastes we tried all around. Bravo to the personnel (Carol represented them outwards in the BEST way), happy mood, knowledge about the meals, and accurataly tasteful proposals over drinks and soft drinks ( for me because of moto driving)!!!. Great job, excellent place, I recommend it all the way!!! Many thanks to Carol, makes great difference!!!)

The veggie burger was awesomely good! I totally recommend it.

We came here because the next door restaurant was too crowded but were pleasantly surprised! We had the Asian rice dish and one of the salads and both were really flavorful. The staff was great and it’s cute in the garden!

Delicious, soft, juicy, perfect octopus. Matches with a glass of Verde wine. Absolutely recommended

Would highly recommend the wagu beef burger it was unbelievably tasty. Nice spot lovely staff. Miss communication with “chips” we received Crisps instead of fries not an issue as I like both.

Service was great. Food was outstanding. Best we've eaten since we came to Lisbon. I had the chicken thighs my wife had the cod. The Prawns were as good as any we have had in BC. They didn't rush us at all had a great desert and several glasses of wine. We had a great time, thank you.

Found this place by chance after wandering away from the hustle and bustle. Friendly attentive service. I had fig salad which was outstanding. My partner had the aubergine filo parcel which she loved. Both meals really niceyl presented. Will definitely go again!

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a late lunch spot or early-evening dinner, sitting on the outdoor terrace and enjoying the sights and sounds of bustling Lisbon. The mini pavlovas with raspberries and lemon curd custards and delicious (and pair well with the house white wine!) Quirky, clean and stylish decor too. Relaxed, friendly and attentive service.

Octopus is insane for the price and tastes amazing.

Went there Monday night and it was great. I had a veggie main - my mother had a steak sandwich that she said was beautifully cooked. Perfect portion size. Pannacotta delicious for dessert too!

First day in Lisbon we went to Cafe Royale for the dinner. After that dinner we ate only at this place (breakfast and dinner) for the rest of our 4-day stay in Lisbon. We have tried half a menu and couldn't find any flaw. Everything was delicious, the price for this quality is way more than reasonable and the personnel is very friendly.

The place itself is very cosy with great music playing at the background. With a small patio at the back(4-5 tables) which is very nice and quite (it was a smoking area though at that time). There is good free wifi. The place itself is not big at all, so it gets busy closer to the weekends, therefore it is worth calling them and booking a table earlier that day. Everyone should try their OCTOPUS!

We were a group of five including our little one (18 month). They were super nice and helpful with the carrier, extra little dish for the small guy, etc. Food was great too, funny and creative drinks, with and without alcohol. We sat outside in their green backyard at beautiful weather. 5 stars!
