Amazing experience! We have been here 3 times a row ! Every time it was delicious!
We can recommend the sea bass, the octopus salad, the Black porc, the sangria and desserts such as Misto Algavo!
All cakes and pies are self made and are just delicious!

Saw recent reviews about ZipZip since its change of ownership . Have always had fabulous meals there. (Though not been for 4yrs due to Covid.) Was a little apprehensive but had 2 more amazing meals last wk. Varied menu & amazing prices. Staff very friendly. Please keep up the good work & look forward to eating with you next year.

I loved their collection of lighters :) and their daily fresh freshes are perfect. Have a nice meal ;)

Amazing pork and clams and fantastic service

I love the atmosphere at this restraunt, great menu all way round. I highly recommend the fish here I've tried the

Clams (portuguese tradition must try!)
Grilled prawns which are huge 4-5 prawns

And last but not least RED SNAPPER! this is fresh in the fish counter which you can choose yourself. Absolutely great👍

We've missed this place! The service is always brilliant and the food is lovely. The daytime specials are such good value for money too so well worth a visit.

Value for money. Had the Portuguese Steak and it was beautiful. The garlic sauce/gravy and fritters/chips compliments the steak very well. Sat outside on a very warm day and it added to the experience.

Amazing food, great quality to price ratio. Had the clams, octopus salad, and melon and ham which were amazing. Cod fish salad and mixed salad were also good. Finished with two desserts and a coffee. House wine is less than €2 for a large glass. Sangria looked excellent. Beautiful outdoor seating. An oasis on a long drive, absolutely worth a stop.

Food couldnt be more fresh and top. Price unbeatable. Service Excellent. We even stayed really late after lunch and no problem. Simple Perfect. Thank you!

This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Great local fish restaurant. Not fancy. I am not a Porugal expert but this is what I guess is part of the quintessence why so many people want to retire here. Other than with beef, fresh fish is mostly the same in 3* restaurants as in a corner cafe in the middle of nowhere. The difference is in the preparation and spices. In this place you taste applied experience of generations of no nonsense cooking with the organic spices available literally along the streets to get there. In my opinion this place is a must if you are staying within a 30 minutes range. I am not sure if they take reservations. We always go to such places earlier than is customary and it mostly works.
