The food was great. Sure, it's not the best thing you've ever eaten, but it's certainly very good. Atmosphere was great and the service was even better. Sangria was delicious. They made my birthday very special. I can recommend it as a place to go!

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday here. Although we had no reservation on a Friday evening, they seated us quickly. The food, one appetizer and two entrees were delicious. Also a great red Sangria rounded out the dinner. Definitely would go there again.

Wonderful last meal in Lisbon! We ordered the vegetable lasagna and tagliatelle- delicious! The waiters are welcoming and restaurant ambiance beautiful. A must try!

It was a wonderful experience visiting this place! The interior is calm and stylish, and the waiter was super friendly. We ordered a small duck pie, octopus salad, seafood cream soup and the set of local desserts. Everything was super delicious and looked good. Highly recommend! 🥰

Pica Pau is very good. The best Sea Bass I’ve had in a long while. The Mushroom Humus is amazing. I wish they had better Pita Bread for the Humus. Solid wine list. I’ll come back here every time I’m in the area.

I saw this place while driving by in my Uber. I liked how it looked inside and thought it would be good. Well I was right. It was the best meal I had all week. I ordered the Tabuaria's Picanha and it was a perfect mid rare+. Brown and yummy in the outside. I had 2 other meals with steak and every time it looked like it had been steams. Even the beans and the rice were delicious. And the atmosphere is perfect. I think that may very well be the best piece of beef I have ever eaten. It may only be improved by a touch of wood cooking flavor.

Accidentally ended up ordering 2 entrees, but glad I did! The veal and seafood rice were amazing!

This Restaurant was absolutely fantastic. I'm a Japanese chef who has worked in Michelin star restaurants and the chef here really knows who he is doing. Alot of strong flavours. We order 3 main courses to share. Octopus rice, Portuguese cod and the shrimps. Wash it down with passion fruit sangria! Was worried as I'm a chef about Restaurants when I'm on holiday and I'm so picky. But this place is the Bomb!!

Beautiful place and charming hosts in the center of Lisabon ☺ ! We had amazing dinner and enjoyed so much delicious portughese cuisine. I warmly recommend this fabolous restaurant to all !

While I’m sitting here I must say that it is my first time ever commenting or leaving a review about a place but this time i must say that even my toddler daughter enjoyed a wonderful and tasteful dinner. For sure one of our best ever

Something of an experience! Firstly, and most importantly, the food was absolutely amazing, I'd give it 6 stars if I could! The octopus salad starter was particularly tasty. A few of us had various cuts of beef that were all cooked really nicely. The duck breast was also fantastic.
The service was.... interesting. The staff are perfectly nice people but they seem to have very little experience, clearly trying hard but making a lot of mistakes, dropping things, mixing up orders etc. But we can forgive that because of how excellent the food was. Would visit again and highly recommend unless you are fussy about service.

We ordered the daily soup, octopus, Bolognese pasta, and a daily cocktail. Everything was delicious! Prices not too bad either, especially for the location.

Delicious artisanal cuisine with great impassioned service in a beautiful historic building with amazing architecture. Enjoyed the linguisa croquettes, tomato soup, pork sandwich and local beer.

First time visit to this place, won't be the last, loved the environment and the delicious food 😍 The staff is super nice, great Bacalhau and sea food, and the desert 🤤

This place is amazing - fantastic food and fantastic table service. Ordered the grilled octopus, it was delicious and perfectly cooked. Don't be put off by the people who have written negative reviews, they have no idea. Would 100% reccomend and would certianly go back. 10 out of 10 👌
