daTerra Matosinhos

I came here for dinner on a Friday and had a great time. The place offers a decent variety of healthy vegan choices, overall a solid deal for the price. Nice and simple atmosphere, and the staff were friendly.

A little more expensive than DaTerra in Porto center but has more diverse vegan dishes! Tasty! Calm and staffs are very friendly.
We tasted Banoffe at another DaTerra in Porto center, we loved it and ordered again! The same greatness!! Just one thing is that the restaurant does not accept credit cards so we had to find a ATM.

Vegans rejoice, you have an affordable buffet full of fresh high quality food from salads, to soup and hot dishes. Delicious fresh juices available (kiwi one and strawberry lemon were good), and you can even get take away from buffet if you don’t want to dine in.
It was 9.50€ each for the Buffet. We went for dinner and lunch on different days and they had a good variety of foods. Chinese crepes, creamy lentil soup, focaccia, seitan stir fry, eggplant with tomato sauce and vegetables, hummus and sourdough… just a few of the lovely options.

The food is delicious and I'm grateful they have this restaurant here. Excellent buffet and service. Thank you!

Really good, one of my favorite restaurants ever. There are a few restaurants “Da Terra” in Porto, but the one in Matosinhos is the best, because the food is always tastier and the range of dishes is always the best. The staff is super nice and the space is lovely and very well decorated. It’s a buffet, so you can eat whatever you want for a very nice price. The desserts are also really good, even though they’re not included in the price.

I love a buffet and this one was not going to disappoint. There is a hot food section, which is small but quality, and a cold food selection which is quite extensive and all veg/vegan friendly. I went here with my partner and would definitely go again, luckily enough there are a number of these in Porto and so depending upon where you are in the city you should be able to find a daTerra without too much trouble.

Highly recommended! I went in around 12 on a Monday and there was barely anyone there, it was a nice calm atmosphere. Food was beautifully arranged and really delicious. A great array of options starting with starts and hot main courses. All you can eat buffet for a really good price (€10.50). A must for vegetarians :)

We love this place - a firm favourite whenever we land in Porto. It has values beyond the food which radiate through the entire space. The food is without doubt some of the best you'll eat - forget that it's Vegan, that's just an added bonus.

If only I could rate higher! Out of a week in Matosinhos I ate here the best vegan food and drank the best juices/smoothies! And always welcomed with a human smile & a good nature feeling 🌻

I've had both the take out and eaten at the restaurant, and this establishment is one my favs. There's variety, and usually everything tastes real nice and looks healthy. The take out is quite affordable to me, since it's 5.5 euros for a box that leaves me full. The staff are super nice and helpful.

Outstanding vegetarian dishes, all you can eat buffet style. I went for a weekend lunch as well as during the week. It’s cheaper on a weekday. The cuisine is creative, original and offers ingredients of the highest quality. I really liked the fresh juices. The staff speaks basic English and you can also get by with Spanish.

I wish there was such a place in Barcelona where I live. We have a Flax & Kale that’s overpriced and not nearly as high quality. Well done da Terra!

Amazing vegan buffet that was worth the walk from the beach. Delicious curries, flatbread, salad, stew, potatoes of all varieties, and tasty juice if you choose to get that too.

When you have had your fill of meat and rice and meat with rice and you just want to have a vegetable, try this place. I'm not a vegan or even a vegetarian but I do try to get in my daily servings of greens. I enjoyed everything that I tried from the buffet. I'll definitely return if for no other reason than to have the lemon desert. It is just fantastic.

All the food of the vegetarian buffet in this place is a dream. They are constantly replacing what is missing so all the food stays warm and fresh .
