Jallo Zoo

Jallo zoo is a small zoo located within Jallo forest park. It’s a focal zoo with few species of herbivores and birds.

PHA (Pakistan Horticulture Authority) has taken this initiative to renovate this long forgotten and lost Jallo Park. The entire park is renovated with new grass plots everywhere and plantation of different types of flowers and trees.

Botanical garden is a separate part of the park built on the theme of education gardens. It has different smaller gardens within like Rose garden, Greenhouse etc.
The entire place is whole family package to enjoy and spend some good leisure time here. It’s enjoyable for kids and adults equally.

The best times to visit are of course spring, autumn and sunny days of winters.

Spotted dears are very engaging, kids love to interact with them. Their antlers were an attraction for my younger one. The ostrich, they were three of them at that time were also beautiful. On weekdays the park has less visitors and you can spend some lonely time with kids, weekends have more visitors and higher activities.

The Butterfly Garden was HOT, but I enjoyed it sooooo much. There was only about 5 butterflies and they were all the same kind. But a work in Progress is better then nothing?
The Park looked pretty clean of trash, there was a drink stand that sold cold water. Also there is a park it was all broken but we enjoyed that too, as my daughter played in the sand.
We spent most the day here and I definitely Recommend this place if you want to visit a Park.

Very big and beautiful park. New jheel is lovely. Also new swings for kids. A lot of greenery.
