In all honesty I went on the Saturday just after Eid-Ul-Fitr so the whole street was extremely busy. It was a very difficult job getting into the restaurant as there were crowds of people pressing up to get in. Despite having a booking we had to wait around 45 mins to get in and seated and it was quite the experience. As high end as the place is you can't escape the local push and shove...
Having said that the food was excellent, without fault. The location, ambience, decor, the historic look and feel of the place is amazing. I have been here before when it was not so mad and busy and I throughly enjoyed the trip. Despite the difficulties I still think it was a worthwhile trip.

The view on the evening is breathtaking with the Badshahi Mosque behind you. The whole area is now much developed and a great tourist location. Even when we left the restaurant there was plenty to entertain us and the kids. Tea, snacks, hot and cold food, Live Qawali and tourist gifts galore.

I would deffinately not reccomend this place at busy times especially if you have vulnerable people with you (elderly, physically challanged or special access requirements etc.). Please plan accordingly. But if you do go, I'm sure it will make your day in Lahore memorable.

It was pricer than your average good quality food setting (more than 2x what you can expect in Laxmi or Gulberg, 4x the price of a more standard fare). For those who can afford it or don't mind, it is recommended.

I paid a similar amount at Bandu Khan Qaddafi Stadium and that place was nice but not near as good as this.

The restaurant provides customers with a stunning terrace view of the Badshahi Mosque, whilst also being a beautiful attraction for those interested in the history of Lahore and Pakistan. The food was exquisite and the staff were excellent. I was surprised to see how nice and calm the staff were despite the business in the restaurant. We didn’t have to wait at all to be seated and the wait for the food was reasonably quick. We were a group of 5 visiting and the portion sizes for the food were great. The restaurant was very sanitary, they had cutlery in packaging for each dine in customer and a lady would visit our table to ask if we would like to clean our hands in between dishes. Each dish could feed up to 2-3 people. There was also an offer of 20% off the entire menu between 12pm - 2pm. Overall, a great experience and I got to take some lovely pictures for my Instagram.

Always a best place for your family friends outings with most beautiful view of badshahi masjid shahi qila minar e pakistan 🥺❤ its even too much reasonable not like other MM Alam Gulberg or Dha restraunts who charge You for zero taste here you can have best desi and chinese taste 😍

The food was absolutely lovely. The views and architecture were both great. But even after making a booking well in advance and ensuring that we would get the terrace view, they did not acknowledge my booking and did their best to not offer us the terrace seats.
Sad, this was my first time visiting ... I might look at other options next time.

Remarkable place overlooking the beautiful Badshahi mosque. It's truly an experience dining at this unique restaurant. I highly recommend it. Food wise the lamb chops were absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the chicken karhai. Suggest booking in advance so you can get a table on the balcony and enjoy stunning views.

Good and fresh food at reasonable price I tried fried wings, achair chicken and gulabjamun with tea (was expecting food to be more expensive but surprised), service was great and staff members were very polite and environment was awsome with great badshahi mosque view, perfect place if you want to have good food and want to click awsome photos...

A well known place for a great ambiance with true vibes of the Mughal era. A narrow entrance leads you to a hall decorated with mughal era artifacts and handicrafts. The environment presented is truly up to the mark. The lift then takes you to the roof top indoor from where the stairs take you further to the open roof top. The view from the indoor as well as outdoor roof tops becomes mesmerising with the presence of Badshahi Mosque and Lahore Fort.
The table we were offered was not cleaned properly despite multiple reminders to the staff. The staff seemed to be putting this task on other's disposal. I had to request a change of table which was fortunately done immediately. The service therefore seemed compromised. The food ordered was good in taste. The bill was presented in an awkward way i.e. bundling bill inside the tablet used to take orders digitally by order taker. It is to be noted that the roce items they offer don't include Biryani.

As an Islamabadi, I love this place. In November end, it is just the perfect temperature to enjoy the chill in the evening and have warm desi food in your belly. This was probably my 8th time visiting this place, and they have always maintained quality.

The food is good, but what makes it amazing is the atmosphere and the beautiful service. There are some BBQ items that I wouldn't get again, like Chicken Reshmi Kebab. But the Malai Boti and the Makhni Karahi were perfection. I always love salad with my meals and their garden salad plate was piled up 👌🏽

Amazing place for enjoying food with an incredible view over Badshahi mosque and Lahore fort. Moreover, the food is great and the service is very good. During lunch time it's easier to find a place. But for dinner I guess that somebody should book. Enjoying the view made me order more. I didn't want to leave this place.
It is the only place where they carry the rose water tumbler and pan to you table to have you wash your hands both before and after eating. Putting coal fire "anghiti " under your table and gas heaters around you kept the place warm, which was really great on cold winter nights.

The food was nice but not extraordinary, The location was superb.

This resturaunt is one of the best in Pakistan I’ve ever been to. The view is amazing and the staff is really nice and professional. There was also a live music show with traditional music and the vibe was soo nice. Also it isn’t cold outside since they’ve heaters there too.
My cousin lost his wallet there with a quite big amount of money and they kept it for him until we came back. Really honest people working there!! I will always come back here.

Additionally, the use of coal fires ("anghiti") beneath the table and gas heaters around the seating area kept the place warm, making it particularly cozy on chilly winter nights.
