Staff behavior is too good and very low cost on ticket 🎟 must visit here if u want a cheap flight and bring your all necessary documents to book flight, i prefer cash payment.
As a government department the behavior of staff is LAT.

My experience here was surprisingly awesome. Usually, our public sector has failed to earn a mark in regard to customer experience, BUT my story was totally exceptional.

I had to book a flight for a family member who is a senior citizen. PIA offers 17% discount to senior citizens. I'm totally surprised to know that -

The gentleman at the counter was courteous, patient, and offered helpful suggestions in picking the travel dates.

I visited them early in the morning and didn't find many people.

Our govt. should hire the right people for the right role & this airline will be back in the global limelight.

It is very good and best place for those who want to book their tickets of Pakistan international airlines(PIA).
Its national flag carrier airline customers services office. Very kibd and cooperative staff.

Well groomed and trained staff,, it was well systematically organised.
Staff was courteous and well behaved

I am actually amazed with the facilities they are providing. I didn't find any difficulty in getting my ticket. The staff was very helpful too. 👍

The PIA office has outstanding building, there are actually two buildings; one smaller and one larger and they are joined together.
This is the main office of Pakistan international airlines ✈ and all the tickets 🎟, Visa, Passport 🛂 and other sort of things are processed here.
The office infrastructure is good and you'll find clean canteen and washrooms.
The whole office is well air conditioned.
Moreover, they have given around half pf their floors to National Transmission and Dispatch Company (NTDC) on rent.

There is good staff. They will guide you politely.
Am go there just one time. One woman confirmed my ticket. She also guide me how I can take discount by using of Golotlo app.

People there are friendly. They try to accommodate everyone in the order of token number but alot of people walk-in and goes to counter where counter staff have to guide them to take token and then customers feel insulted. Well PIA management must place token counter in front and middle so people who enter can see it easily

Very nice environment everything was fabulous and neat and clean staff as also cooperative and no rush it took approximately 5 minutes to finish our work thanks to the staff and the officers there who helped me as well when my cellphone got off and they managed things to book me a taxi as well. Thaks to security guards too for there friendly talk.

I bought a ticket from cheapoair (never recommend) instead of economy they booked my ticket in Harry class nill baggage. So I called them they refused to do anything and said it is what it is so I called PIA online they wasn't sure but one of the online person told me to visit this office. thanks GOD I came here what a Great customer service. Solved my problem in 10 min which I was dealing with cheapoair from past 5 days and they refused to help me. Don't call just come to this office amazing people.

Nice place to pick and drop visa documents and travel documents.

It is PIA Lahore Town office located near Punjab assembly. You can get domestic and international tickets of PIA. Here is one embassy is also available. PIA has medical centre for their employees. It has multi storey building with different departments.
