It was quite a long walk from my hotel, but it has been part of my evening strolls before turning in for the night whenever I'm checked in at the Sarrosa. It was not the best 711 branch but I was easily a frequent customer because it served as my turn-around spot. It was a moderately sized branch and almost always filled with customers during that time, probably because of its close proximity with the BP offices and establishments still up in the evenings. It's well stocked and at least Gcash here was easy because of excellent data signal.

A NOT-SO-CONVENIENT CONVENIENCE STORE

🔵PROS
◾They offer almost all items you need, albeit poorly.

🔴CONS
◾The space is too small and cramped. The items are not organized properly.
◾Their refrigerators are not working well. Their beverages are sometimes not cold enough.
◾The place is dimly lit. There's not enough lighting and it adds to its messy ambience.
◾They don't maintain the place very well. The air feels heavy inside, and the floor is always dirty regardless if it's raining or not.
◾Their staffs are not friendly enough. They sometimes act arrogant especially towards male and elderly customers.
◾They don't have enough space to put tables for customers to sit on.
◾Staffs are absent minded. I've had several cases where they forgot to give me sauce for my meatbuns.
◾It's a convenience store but its inconvenience sometimes outweighs its convenience.

Verdict: This convenience store monopolizes the earnings in this business hub but despite that fact, it fails to live up to the standards on what a convenience store should have. Had there been another convenience store around, we would have gone there instead.

This place has good selections but they should hire more staff so that the tables are kept clean.

CONVENIENCE STORE? MORE LIKE.. NOT REALLY.

I work within the area of 7/11 and there are times when they don't have change to spare especially if you have a larger amount of bill. It's always like that. This time, they refused to accept my 1k bill because I only bought three items which is a drink, a salad, and an onigiri. My precious time was wasted they should have informed us or pasted something in the counter informing customers that we should pay the exact amount because they don't have spare change.

In addition, some clerks/ cashiers are absent minded, there was this incident last 2021 when I cashed in thru my gcash but the cashier unfortunately didn't scan the receipt, I was in a rush since my break is only 30 mins and when I checked it. the money I cashed in was in vain. I was not able to retrieve it since I lost the receipt and they couldn't refund it (was also my fault since I did not double check things before leaving and I left my phone in the office). This same cashier always forgets a lot of things but now I think she was replaced/ moved or just gone.

Moreover, they have 3 or more cashier stations yet only 1 cashier is there even when it's peak hours. They are not fast when packing your items and sometimes they just go in circles for some reason going to and fro before finishing the business with a customer. This is a busy place, they should adopt to the business of it because people here are always on the go.

In conclusion, if you buy a few items, make sure your bill is the exact amount or close to the exact amount because they usually have no change to spare. If you pay by gcash, it's not always available because it's mostly offline.

I suggest they should widen their methods or modes of payment like aside from gcash, they should also accept card payments because the vicinity is mostly crowded with office workers.

They are probably office worker Filipinas who work around here, but they are too uneducated and ill-mannered. Please Go back to the country side.

Their crews are rude and are unwilling to help. This is not a convenience store for me. They don't know what they are doing!
