모든 한국 마트들이 그렇듯이 있을건 있고 없을건 뭐 없단 느낌..? 아이스크림 가짓수가 정해져있고 자주 추가되진 않음. 한국라면/간식/음료수 등등 군것질거리 살때 애용함. 샴푸나 즉석밥같은 생필품도 갖추고 있다. 마트보단 슈퍼의 스케일.

오래 다니며 체감하는건 직원들이 자주 바뀌는데도 어찌 된게 매번 서비스 정신이 없고 인사도 성의 없다는 느낌. 당연히 완벽할 순 없지만 여긴 심하다. 자기들끼리 수다떠느라 계산 속도가 느릴 때도 있고. 정말 돈받은 만큼 일한다는 표정.

It's a real bummer how the rudeness of some (not all) cashiers working here really affects the overall ratings of this store. The reviews are true, customer service does not exist here. It's a sad thing that Mini Stop and 7-11 are a few blocks away.

But the convenient store is actually great though in terms of the cleanliness and the variety of items they sell. There are just lots of goods, from chips, to biscuits, to ice cream, both Filipino and Korean products. They also sell iced cold beverages.

If only they can work a little bit effort in improving their customer service, like a simple greeting to their customers, would really make a huge impact to customer satisfaction. Its called a convenience store for a reason.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at Assi Mart. The staff at the counter was not welcoming. When I was buying ice cream and opening the cooler, the staff immediately scolded me not to open it though I only opened for a short time and was only looking for other options to buy. They also reprimanded about eating inside when they are literally a convenience store. It seems like she was not pleased to have customers. Great variety and selection of Korean products but the staff's attitude towards customers made it an unpleasant one.

Poor customer service, cashier deals with customers in a rude manner except for foreign national (Korean).

We have had numerous experiences with Assi Mart at Rosedale. My husband and I would occasionally go to Assi Mart when we are craving Korean food. Selection wise, the store has various treats that you can choose from.
We only thought that it was a bad day for the older female staff member, but we have noticed that whenever we're there she would ask us what we are looking for in a rude manner.

When we were looking over at the ice cream cooler last Monday, July 31, 2023, to see what they have, she would ask us what we want, again, in a rude way, it's as if she wants us to get what we want right away and pay up.

There were times during our trips to Assi Mart where she would hover over us and would give us the feeling that we won't pay. I hope their management could see the consistent reviews of how rude the older female staff is so rhat they can coach her to be a little sensitive and at least treat customers with the basics of human decency.

The only problem with this mart are the employees!!!!!!!! worst customer service. Notice how there more bad reviews for this store?????? just the worst.

Rude cashiers. We were just looking around to see what items we could buy, but they were rushing us in such an impolite manner. Didn't bother getting anything anymore. Sari-sari stores have better customer service and rapport than this shop has. It's been that way since I went to the university nearby which was 5 years ago. Sad that they haven't improved.

Rude cashier. Worst customer service experience i had in any stores in cebu. Workers dont even bother to answer customer's questions. I thought the owners already kicked out these bad employees. Kinda wonder what makes them act this way.

The cashier is really rude!! I just forgot my receipt but they shouted at me and threw the drawer of the cash register!! I will never go back there anymore!!!
