Wangan Suki Store

The proprietors if this store are very proud and keep the entire place very neat and orderly. They are very kind to their clients, as well as me a foreigner.
Their goods are well stocked and displayed in good order. There is always someone close by to help with finding something and they are polite and helpful.
I gave a score if 5, which is the highest because of the professionalism and courtesy. With this being said, I do find their prices quite high... But this could be more from the system of supply. I don't think there is a "delivery" system that brings in goods at the wholesale level and much of the inventory is actually from trips into Calinan (nearest 'town') at their own expense.
They have a variety of inventory but prices are not readily available. The person(s) at the checkout must've consulted to find out the price of almost every item. I find this frustrating but perhaps I am not used to the system. If some of the common items displayed the cist it would be efficient for both the customers and the clients.... But while I find this inconvenient, I am still happy with the services provided and the overall quality and selection this establishment offers.
I am happy to see this quality if shopping in a location as remote as Wangan.

Very hospitable

It's more like a convenience store with a gas station on its side.. good for a quick stop over... But a little pricey for the goods they sell...
