The Royal Mandaya Hotel

From the looks of it from outside, it seems an old hotel and not so modern. However, I was mesmerized when I’ve seen inside of the hotel. The lobby was great, the design was very modern and classy, it was as if I’m in some luxurious hotel. The amenities included in the hotel were also great, the pool had a nice view. The beds and rooms are also comfortable, I could sleep on it all day long because of how comfortable it is. Overall, I would highly recommend this for its great amenities and the overall experience it gave me.

It's comfortable and relaxing to stay in and the service crew is very polite. The food is delectable, perfect for special occasions.

I was delighted by the tasteful decor and attention to detail. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The bed was plush and inviting, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

One aspect that stood out during my stay was the exceptional customer service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met promptly and efficiently. They were friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. I truly felt valued as a guest throughout my entire stay.

I stayed there in may and june of 2023 and it was fantastic , the room was huge, the place was spotless , and I had a wonderful time there and the food in the restaurant was good and reasonable price

Excellent hotel...great ambience..well, tastefully decorated for Christmas. Efficient staff.. All in all a pleasant evening and experience...will definitely visit again

The reception area is big and fancy. Rooms are good. Service is okay. Food is great! Price is reasonable. Some comfort rooms though are old and need upgrading. They have room service. I like their hallways and couches in the waiting area. Overall, still I would recommend this hotel to people.

The lobby of the hotel has a taste of elegance. Their family room is big and comfy. Buffet breakfast is acceptable.

Very friendly staffs and a very great room.
But I would like to focus on their food. One of the best breakfast in the city.
My fave is their sikwate or native choco. As an addict of sikwate I might say that it is one of the top 5 in my list.

Wow! I was so amazed with their receiving floor area. It's so big and the staff and receptionist are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and neat, i must say this hotel is best recommended. More power!
