They have the cheapest charge in processing Japanese Visa. They have a mobile app called Visa App where they can validate clients documents before submission, and it just took a day for them to check and sent me message to proceed in submitting the hard copies in their office. They have a very nice office which is spacious, organize and definitely have a good energy. I got my Japan Tourist visa in just 3 business days.

Feb 20: Ready for Submission/ Physical documents sent via LBC courier (from South Luzon)
Feb 22: Documents received by UHI office
Feb 23: Visa lodged (Fri)
Feb 26: Visa Approved date (Mon)
Feb 27: Passport released by Japan Embassy (TAT: 3 business days)
Feb 28: Passport couriered back to the province
Mar 1: Passport with Japan visa sticker received.

Excellent service. Had my papers already in order and took under ten minutes to submit for a Japan visa, including the wait. Also, did not require personal appearance of applicant.

2022 update. Still great service, friendly and helpful. FYI, a little crowded right now because Japan is reopening for tourism, but still preferred.

Got my visa easily through the visacenter app by UHI. If you know how to use technology it can be pretty easy, but I cannot imagine going through that process if you are not that technologically inclined. Used their courier service, got my VISA without leaving my hometown.

Although they have an automated queueing system, the influx of walk-in applicants and those who applied online are overwhelmingly many. They were very thorough in reviewing the documents submitted for visa application and would recommend options should your application would hit a snag. I like that they have a “complete or nothing” acceptance policy.

It was my 2nd time to get a tourist visa here. I applied 2 months before my trip. No appointments, I walked in.
Feb 7 - submitted my docs
Feb 8 - got an sms that it has been lodged
Feb 9 - got an sms that my passport is ready for pick up
Feb 10 - picked up my ME visa
Mar 28 - flight to japan

This agency is very efficient when it comes to visa processing. They have a website that contains details on what to do before going to their office. They also have an app that you can use to upload all the requirements for review. They have effective system in filling for visa application. When it’s time to release, they also have an effective system in releasing the passport and visa.

How fast? I applied last Monday, then yesterday I was informed that it’s ready for pickup 👍 I got it Thursday. It took them 3 days to process everything 🤩

Helpful staff and organized queue. For visa applications, just bring the right documents and they will process them efficiently. Fee is fairly cheap. Service water is available for free.
