This high rating says it all. It ain't a lie, but just a reflection of their excellent service. Never had a problem with my order, texted me with timely updates about my parcel, and delivered it the same day they say they would. I highly recommend their service, and I hope they continue what they're doing. The item I ordered got delivered on my doorstep without me having to step out of my house, such a hassle free transaction! Their service is the exact opposite of that of 2GO's which is a shady company that does not comply to the standards of good and honest courier service. Long live Ninja Van!

I always receive my items within 2-3 days, faster from other couriers based from my experience. Hopefully it'll be always like that. They would try to contact you first if someone is available to receive your item before delivering. I'm not sure though what will happen if you said no.

I have no bad experience from riders, all are very helpful/accommodating so far. For a cheaper fee (vs others) you're giving a great service, great job.

Highly recommend courier. If all your delivery ninjas possess the same kind of attitude as the one who delivered my parcel, you got a good business coming - communicated with me a parcel was scheduled for delivery first thing in the morning, which is something I find necessary in a courier. And also, because there was discrepancy in my purchase, only one item arrived when it was supposed to be 2 items, the ninja man graciously and politely waited, while I did some checking. Overall, my first experience with the Ninja Van Philippines was excellent. I would rate the ninja 5+Stars

The delivery is really fast. Early item delivery, two days early on your expected date your item to be delivered. I received my item in just four days. Great communication with the customer. You will feel updated of your item through their tracking number and they text you if your are item is on it's way for the delivery and they will ask you if you unable to receive your item because I know they didn't want to waste their time. Hoping for my next item delivery. So, for a well-deserved 5-star rating for your service. Thank you.

Fast delivery. Items delivered the next day after the seller has shipped the items. Great communication with the customer. I appreciate that they don't wanna waste your time as much as they also don't wanna waste their time by confirming your availability on site prior the actual delivery. They are flexible and are even willing to change the place of delivery to accommodate the customer's availability. A well-deserved 5-star rating. :)

They definitely are ninjas! My item was delivered just a day after shipping! It was that fast!
What I like the most is that they confirm by text that the item is going to be delivered or if you want to reschedule or have it placed in a specific place of your house. Once the item is delivered, they also send an email and an invoice!!! How awesome is that!
I hope they keep continuing this kind of service. More power!

So far I've had only one experience receiving a delivery from Ninja Van, but I could say that I was not only satisfied but impressed as well. The delivery was 6 days ahead of ETA, the delivery status was well communicated via email thus I did not have to call their Customer Service to get updates, and the packaging was very well done which indicates they put much effort and though in ensuring the item is not damaged during transit. Keep up the great work guys!

Parcel is also always in neat and spotless condition.

They always contact you when your parcel is about to be delivered PLUS the Ninja always makes sure to contact you first to ensure your availability to receive the order and other concerns.

Most efficient courier I have ever tried! Started using their service during Christmas season since I knew my usual courier would surely have delays. Tracking is very specific and accurate, the riders are nice and polite, and the whole delivery system is just so awesome! Love that it is postpaid billing too, no need for me to worry about having exact payment each time parcels are picked up. CS reps are always on top of concerns, very responsive too when you call their hotline. I never had any delayed deliveries (I've tried for MM and Greater MM areas only) not even during peak season. I haven't even been using any other courier since then. Thanks Ninja Van! Very happy with your service. Keep it up!

As a customer, I've dealt with Ninja Van 3 times now and the service had been consistently great and hassle-free. They ask you if you're available to receive your package and will accommodate changes in your availability. They are easy to talk to and are polite and courteous both over the phone and in person. The packaging had always been intact and in good condition upon delivery. I've been impressed enough to leave a review!

I read some negative reviews about this courier and I came to realize that their service quality depends per area. I'm so thankful and proud to say that Ninja Van in Baguio City gives excellent service. In all my transactions with this courier, they never failed to inform me of an upcoming delivery. Communication is excellent. I never encountered rude Ninja riders. They are very courteous and I never heard them complain when they got confused about my location. Parcel delivery is fast!(not like ### courier who,aside from rendering slow delivery service,they even have rude and demanding delivery men.)
I never encountered a problem with Ninja Van and I hope that this quality of service will continue. If ever it changes, I hope it would be for the better.😊

I ordered something internationally and Ninja Van turns out to be the partner courier here in the Philippines. My order arrived earlier as expected. The Cash on Delivery service was good. Even though I've only tried this once, I'm really satisfied with their service. Excellent job, you guys! I'm looking forward to my future transactions. I hope you just keep on improving.

They have super fast delivery in all of my previous parcels that I had opted to be shipped thru them. Never had any problems so far, and I especially love the Ninja Collect option! It's very convenient for people like me who are most of the time not available to receive the deliveries at home. :)

It is one of the best courier. I expect my delivery to be at least 5-7 business days but it delivers my parcel at 1 day delivery service. Thank you so much. And what I notice is that their ninjas usually arrives between 9 am to 10 am. Keep it up!

Overall experience, well I am really amazed sa service. Fast delivery, faster update of parcel than any other courier. I would just suggest that if you will send a signature from the customer, make sure it's not check. If in any case there would be dispute or something, you can address it properly by providing the exact signature of the person en charged. But I will always rate them 10. Thank you!!!

True to its name! All my parcels from Shopee are safely and quickly delivered. They give quick updates and even have their own app for clients to sign and confirm when they receive the package. Then they send the report to your email so that you'll have your own copy. Hi-tech and up-to-date. They are now my favorite courier. Thank you, Ninja Van! Don't change ✌

I have only heard of this service provider just now and I am impressed with how they care for the condition of my parcel, their fast delivery service, and timely text updates. Also tracking my parcel through their website is easy. Another plus is they cater to COD shipments. A very good option for independent online sellers especially to those wanting to offer COD to their payment options. PS. My parcel came from S.Korea and ninja van is the local courier. I live in Mindanao and it only took 2 days for my package to be delivered from the date it was received in their (ninja van) Sorting HUB. Experience may vary depending on your location but I am really satisfied with my first time transaction with them.
