Medyo Disappointed this time.
1. Special Siopao which is larger than a regular one has only 1 sauce. Same lang sa Regular? Compared sa other Convenience Store, Dalawa ito Dapat.
2. No Paper Bag , Malalaman mo lang kapag nasa counter kana. 21Feb2023
3. Hindi Updated yung Label sa Steam Station.
Walang Green Label na Siopao, sa Counter mo nalang din malalaman kung ano yung kinuha mo.

We experienced very bad customer service from the cashier of this new Lawson store across Rufino Pacific Tower along Ayala Avenue. It happened Thursday night (June 14) around past midnight (technically Friday). There were no other customers in line. Just me and my cousin.

The cashier's name is LORNA . She never smiled, she was very rude. Before leaving the counter after paying she suddenly demanded us to return one cup noodles back to the shelf because she was insisting that we did not pay for it. BUT we have the receipt and it was indeed paid for and we showed it to her. When she realized we were telling the truth she did not even bother to apologize.

First of all, why would she demand the customer to return an item to the shelf IF it really was not paid for? The right thing to do was ask us nicely to pay for it since it was not punched in. But instead of having us pay she ordered us to return it back to the shelf... seriously??

Secondly, since we haven't yet left the counter with everything we bought, why didn't she double check the receipt herself so she could determine if it really was paid for or not?

Thirdly, when it was clear on the receipt that the cup noodles was included among the 5 items bought, how can she still remain arrogant and not apologize at all???

We hope you can do something about this. There was no manager and we could not complain right then and there.
