Shangri-La The Fort, Manila

Our stay at Shangri-La was phenomenal. The hotel's opulent amenities and top-notch gym with many classes made my experience truly memorable. The rooms were luxurious, and the service impeccable. I highly recommend for a perfect blend of luxury and wellness.

Great hotel for BGC area. Great spacious room, good amenities, big bathroom. Service is good. There are many shops and place to eat surrounding the hotel, so it is very convinient. All is good. If I were to be picky, probably only the pillow that were too soft.

I cant even begin to describe how great the hospitality is at this hotel. First, they surprised me with a check in experience directly in my room, which felt very personal and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and super comfy. The lobby was very tastefully decorated, it’s the first time I take a pause in hotel lobbies to take in the artistic installations scattered throughout. Service remains stellar throughout my stay, with whatsapp concierge service which is super convenient and super tasty in room dining served piping hot (which is rare). Love it and would definitely stay here if I visit Manila in future. 😍

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were all very helpful and welcoming. Gym facility and pool are excellent. High Street Cafe breakfast buffet has an amazing selection of foods to choose from.

Very nice hotel, with large rooms, friendly staff and good location in Bonafacio Global City (Metro Manila). Only c.30 mins from the airport. Great gym - very big with lots of equipment and a nice outdoor pool. Really nice breakfast buffet - only criticism is that it only operates to 10:30am, even at the weekend (doesn't leave much time if you want to use the gym before breakfast). The hotel also has strict security, with checks on all cars entering and leaving the site, and also every time you enter you have to go through airport style security which is a little weird, and unsettling. But overall, a really nice stay.

What a really luxurious experience. This place was something else and had maybe the nicest gym I have ever been to anywhere around the world. We stayed at this location with an upgraded room and were pretty wowd by our experience.

The room was so nice. Spacious, luxury, updated and wild views. The bathroom was stunning. The overall hotel felt high end. High security as the hotel is used a lot for government business. Many shops and restaurants. Fabulous Christmas decor and the location was perfect. We visited the spa for massage and facials and had the best experience. And we went to side the gym and amenities which could not have possibly been any nicer. Hotel staff organized all of our transportation and were so easy to work with in advance. They checked us in IN our room from an iPad and overall was one of the nicest experiences and we felt like true VIPs.

We had a wonderful experience in Shangri La the fort. All of the staff are very friendly and approachable. Especially thanks to Sienna from front desk! Checking in was very smooth and she ensure that she gave me the room base on my preference. Also, a big thanks to Glenn from Canton Road resto. He's extremely helpful. During our private family dinner, he showed attentiveness and patient. He is knowledgeable about the food they serving. Overall I like to thanks Canton Road Team for surprised birthday cake for my brother. They really did extra mile of service and that's made the celebration even more memorable for us.

Super convenient location. Restaurants and shopping just few steps away! Service was good, staff always greeting you when you walk by.

Breakfast buffet is delicious. The desserts where awesome! Loved the piping hot egg tarts, Turon and sapin sapin.

One down side was the room chairs and curtains were super dusty. Husband had allergies after sitting on chair. Informed guest services and asked to thoroughly vacuum during cleaning.

The whole thing was excellent! Our accommodation was spotless and well-appointed with everything we needed. It also offered a beautiful panorama of the metropolis below. The atmosphere was elegant without being stuffy. The employees and service were also outstanding, as they were friendly, helpful, quick to respond to requests, and meticulous in their execution. All the amenities available were spotless and very pleasant to use.

Located in the Business District this hotel offered everything I needed. Excellent food close by and able to walk to my office. Plenty of easy walks down High Street & Forbes Town. Lots of shopping around and the buffet breakfast was incredible. Rooms were very quiet and spacious with good wifi and setup. Would recommend!

Large clean residences with friendly hospitable staff. My second stay at BGC Shangri-La residence, and intend to return to the property in the future. Love the spa and gym facilities. Great value! Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Everything was working well in the room. The bed was the best hotel bed I've slept on. Location is fantastic; BGC Highstreet is a few steps away with everything you would need in it. Plus: the hotel smells amazing.

Breakfast had lots of choices. The grilled bacon was 💯!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The attention to detail and impeccable service set this hotel apart. The rooms were nice, large, and comfy. The staff - Klarissa Bautista, Harold and Jae - to name a few, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The dining options are superb, offering a diverse range of culinary delights. The facilities, including the gym and spa, are world-class.

I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch stay in Manila.

My family and I celebrated my husband's milestone here for 3 days at their Premier Suite with adjoining room (312728) and it was a blast. I am writing this also to express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional service and remarkable friendliness displayed by one of their staff members in Horizon Club Floor, KUYA MARK, as my son addressed him. I commend kuya Mark for going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, most especially to my special son.

The room was luxurious and comfortable. They have a very nice gym too. Dinner at Samba was delicious and service was superb. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Stayed for 2 nights.

Had a fantastic experience here. Stayed during the FIBA event, and I believe a few of the teams were staying in the hotel, but management did a great job making sure the fans in the lobby were organized. Overall service was also impeccable. The rooms were great as would be expected of the price point. There are tons of restaurants and malls within walking distance. The gym (Kerry Sports Manila) is very well equipped and was never too busy on the two mornings I used it.

From the experience that me and my Fiancé had. I’m happy to say that we will come back to this location. Staff are friendly and willing to help as much as possible. The room is also phenomenal. Thank you for making our christmas awesome!

This has been the best treatment I have ever received from a hotel. I was taking care of a family member in nearby St Luke's Hospital during my stay at the hotel. The hotel, through Dominic and Hisabel, in turn took good care of me.
