St. Peter Memorial Chapel

I was there an experiencing, When My Mom's laying down in the coffin. I never forget the Very sad Memories, the memory never gone until now.

Perfect place for vigil with more space, aircon rm and good service.

Very spacious chapels

This is a big place. When we went there yesterday to visit my partner's uncle who died, we asked a security guard for assistance to locate which room he was laid on wake. It would be better if there is a directory on entrance lobby so that anyone could just check on which wake he/she is going to.

Good service. Clean. Nice.

Less eerie feel

Could be cleaner, although it is new, I feel like they do not prioritize sanitation there. Place is spacey and big, great landing area. But lacks cleanliness, accessibility (parking is a hell, too much cars and no parking, also very traffic at certain hours) , and location.

Convenietly located for those base in the northern part of Cebu. But not a lot of parking area and chapels.

But when you ask for assistance, you are satisfied.

Poor customer service. Staff are unfriendly, uncoordinated, unprofessional and lack customer courtesy.
Limited parking space.
Chapels are poorly maintained. The janitors haphazardly clean it, leaving stains and dirt.
Our Chapel has 4 air-conditioning units but only one is functioning. The staff said it has long been in that condition but no permanent solution has been done.
The faucets are dripping.
Chapels are always full, leaving some occupied caskets waiting in line along the corridor. They should have built more chapels to accommodate all their.plan holders.
Aside from the comfort of paying your plan in installment basis and processing some papers, everything else seem to be a scam!

Too dusty. Bad parking space.
