I super love my Supreme Laminated Hair. This is my first time to write a review after a month and I'd say it did not disappoint! 💓 My hair is in its natural form, looks bouncy and healthy 💓 HxP forever✨

I don't have pictures sadly but the hairstylist is great! I really like my new haircut. It's such a great place if you are near crossing. Me and my mom went there and oh my god they did my mom so good. Their haircut is 200 pesos but its so worth it. Thank you so much 💓

The space is tight but the people are friendly. Good service too

This is a review about their Queensland branch since I could not find them on maps. I came back for a balayage retouch since I was very happy with the airtouch balayage results. I was already skeptical because they included my roots in the touch up and when I asked about it my concerns were brushed off. Then when they were finally drying my hair, I realized I was back to my natural color and you couldn’t even tell I had a balayage done in the first place. Perhaps the stylist was new but I will not be returning. If you decide to get your hair done here make sure to micromanage the process so you’re happy with your results. I’m mostly just upset at the time I wasted sitting in a chair and getting my hair bleached, getting a lecture on not going dark if I wanted to bleach my hair again, only for me to come back and have them dye my entire head just a few shades lighter than black. This is made even worse by the fact that when they asked me what I wanted I said blonde.

Result-wise, I like the effect of the hair lamination. My stylist also explained the process all through out the procedure. He was friendly and his assistant was also helpful.

However, the customer service of the management was not that good. Because of the 3 AC units (the salon is not that big) are all at 17°, I requested if maybe it can be adjusted to a higher temp. I was literally shivering already, probably the wet hair during the process also made it worst. After requesting multiple times, they finally turned off one of the ACs. But I think it was too late since I already got a very high fever that time. The temp was still cold though.

No one actually asked, how I was feeling, or probably could have just personally explained it to me if the AC temp really cannot be adjusted due to reasons, etc.

Response to their comment: 1. how can we trust them if they blocked and removed our honest reviews? I think this alone says something about their reputation.

2. Our intention was to promote awareness through our fair and honest review. We would never want to drag a business down, especially at this trying times. We respect those who had good experiences with them. We were hoping to be respected for our own reviews based on our experience.

3. Observe the way they reply to negative comments. It speaks volume of their company.

We only wanted to share our experience. We do not want to further this and amplify negativity. We wish for you to improve your service and give your future customers better experience and results.

Disappointing Hair Experience. Not as advertised. Deletes FB reviews.

My experience at Hues X Palette Salon left much to be desired. Despite their advertisement promising permanent natural volume straight results through advanced hair lamination, the reality was far from satisfactory. The process merely resulted in a standard straightening effect akin to any other rebonding procedure.

The salon ambiance was disappointing and resembled that of any other cheap salon. The restroom was unclean and appeared neglected, adding to the overall dissatisfaction of the visit. Although the staff members were courteous, the core promise of voluminous straight hair was not fulfilled. Instead, my hair ended up flatter than ever after being excessively flat-ironed multiple times.

For individuals with thin hair expecting volume, this salon may not be the ideal choice. Despite paying a significant sum of 7300 (including hair mask), the results were not worth the investment. I have photos showcasing how flat and lifeless my hair appeared post-treatment.

In conclusion, the staff and ambiance were average and the restroom was unsatisfactory, the inability to deliver on the promised volume straight result makes me reluctant to recommend Hues X Palette Salon. I will not be returning, especially for those with similar hair expectations.

Came to the salon with a healthy hair expecting to get the best version of it after getting a Hair Lamination service. This is your sign to NOT GET IT. The worst experience of my life. My hair is pin straight, laminated — literally! Life was taken out of my hair and myself. Never recommending this service. False advertising all over IG and Facebook.

This is a poor-quality hair salon with subpar skills. I only had my bangs cut and it cost me 500 pesos. I feel like this place is taking advantage of foreign customers, so I definitely don't recommend it.
