Their service and overall client treatment is outstandingly good. They will treat you with respect, integrity, sympathy and compassion and make sure you have every reason to feel as relaxed and as peace-minded as you can be while you grieve. The workers are very kind, smiling and you can see the concern in their eyes. Shouts out to Genos and his co-workers.

They have great pick up and delivery service. Fast and with care. Their embalming of the body is impeccable. Spoke to the embalmer myself and the team will make your loved one looked peacefully asleep.

I am not born in Cebu and I travel from abroad to visit my family. Thus, trust me when I say their service and overall experience was flawless.

They can certainly use an overhaul. A major one. Looks like they've been around for ages. Very gloomy atmosphere. Compared to the "booming" business of their competitor, a step-ahead kind of thinking is badly needed. Not to make as much money but for them be the desired company for this industry. Creativity and just getting in-touch with the needs of the people, their would be clients. One area that can also make a difference is professionalism, which will always have room for improvement. Something that people who experienced their business will be talking and sharing about gladly.

Do not even consider using this service. Members of our family travelled thousands of miles to bury our son following his tragic and unexpected death. When we got to Cebu with his Philippine friends for his cremation we were expected to drop him off like a bag of garbage. Eventually we were provided with a room in which to pay our respects and say our last goodbyes, this opportunity was cut short by an employees who felt it was ok to march through the room of people gathered , push the coffin onto one of the mourners to enable him to open the double doors behind, climb through the hatch and start shouting . There was no consideration , compassion or respect shown, just total contempt

Please.. Please.. Please.. Don't get this company as your funeral service.
Reasons:
1. The UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL MANAGER "Mr. MANCAU if im not mistaken"
2. Worst Funeral Car Service rendered to client in which the exhaust pipe released too much smoke.
3. Lots of False Advertisement
4. Unethical Behavior of STAFFS and EMPLOYEES

To Pretentious Manager: We are not afraid with your threats nor your millions "if you have".
To OWNER: Please Fire your Pretentious Manager located here in MANDAUE, CEBU. He is not worthy to be called a MANAGER.
