All of our 3 team mates had a data breach where their account details were sent to other customers. One of our team mates received account details from other customer as well. Not a good practice of handling very sensitive information especially for a financial department.

PNB will ask you to fill out application online then lets you fill out bunch of application forms in paper with same exact information without any help. Very lousy way to do things.
