Very accessible when you're commuting. The rooms were great. The pool is somehow shallow all throughout. The decorations on this place are cool and recognizable. The slides were fun. Jacuzi or Spa was relaxing.

The combination of gourmet food, cozy ambiance, and excellent service makes this restaurant really popular with overseas visitors as well as local couples out for a romantic evening.

Adie's first swimming experience. I suggest you visit during weekdays due to lesser entrance fee and its not crowded. Kiddos will have a great time here. They have free tables & chair but the area doesn't have electric fan for the kiddos. For entrance fee, They do not have PWD & Senior Citizen discount however, if you order food in their cafe, and ordered a minimum of 300 then you can get a discount.

I enjoyed the stay here in Westown lagoon a lot.

Compared to other resorts/hotels in the Cebu area, this one seems to have more local tourists from the Philippines, which didn't bother me aaaaat aaaall!! Had a great time here and will sure come again when I'm back in Cebu.

Especially for families this Hotel is perfect. Endless pools and waterslides, a kids dream and affordable!
But also the adults have their own pools and beside the area for dayguests there is ANOTHER pool area only for hotel guests. So nothing to complain here.

The Rooms and the Hotel are in a good condition, sure some things could use a refresh, but I could not relay to other comments that say they had dirty balcony or rooms...I can at least not confirm.

Also I saw some comment about outside noise.
Yes, Bars and Lifebands do their part for having quiet loud evenings, but also here I want to be fair and say, it was Sinulog that week and yes, Pinoy's know how to enjoy life and party. This is part of the culture and in their Bones and blood! If you can't handle party and music....avoid the Philippines in general. At least bigger cities😅 plus! The windows and sliding door from my room was a good quality and notices were not to hear inside the room. Outside...other story 😅

What can I say about the staff?
As you know it the Pinoys and Pinays are known for their warmth, hospitality, kindness and great service. The Westown lagoon is no difference. Lovely people who made sure that the stay is pleasant and stress-free.
Inhouse massage? No problem! Taxi? Already ordered Sir! Need fresh towels? Didn't take two minutes till they knocked at the door. No matter if Room service, Front desk or security...always a smile, always friendly. They really make you feel like you just spend 5k $ on a room.

Cebu City (IT Park) is around 20min drive and cost you maybe 4-5$ by Grab (taxi/uber) or super cheap by motorbike or Hop on busses as known from the jeepneys in Manila and co.
There are more Malls and Businesses in the nearby area so no need to go to Cebu city necessarily.

Also want to point out that it has a GREAT distance to Mactan Island and the Airport of Cebu, which should make the one or other reconsider to maybe come here instead.

Great people, Rooms are fine, but not perfect, good location if you want to be closer to the airport and also not in the" CITY CITY".
I would come back ! Honestly! If there was an issue with whatsoever...it got solved. And fast...nothing to complain. For the price you get an excellent place to stay

I think all the pools are 4ft deep. Longer swimming time coz it will last til 11pm. Many pools and a wide place.

I only go to west lagoon for swimming pool entrance. The pools are dynamic. there are pools for kids and adult. there's a jacuzzi too, i enjoy it the most is jacuzzi w/c was located at the corner most part near the adult pool. i swim there by myself and mann it was so enjoyable. entrance to the pool is 300 pesos and you can have a locker too in case you wanna enjoy swimming without worrying about the security of your stuff. so far i spend 100 pesos for locker but they want you to pay for additional 100 at first payment. and if you are able to return the key they give back the 100 pesos. you can get the locker access by going to the drinking area, its near the adults pool. 😂 i keep going back to their swimming pool cuz its easier access.

I was with my bf Liu we went there and I swimming. It was nice ambience good for adults and kids the entrance only 300 pesos

This is a nice place to spend the day. It has three swimming pools and two hot tubs. The entrance fee is PH 300 each person which includes a free drink and we got a table with an umbrella for PH 500 consumable. The upper slide is the better of the two slides.

The venue is clean and safe, and they also provide available parking spaces. They offer different cottages to accommodate guests based on the number of people. The shower and comfort room facilities are kept clean. The entrance fee for adults is 300 pesos, which includes one free drink beer or any beverage, while children are charged 200 pesos. Children below 3 feet in height are free of charge.

There are separate adult and kiddie pools with lifeguards on duty. Please note that wearing cotton shirts and shorts with buttons is not allowed. The venue features slides, with the largest slide able to accommodate up to 25 people.

The day use hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, and additional fees apply if you exceed this time frame. You can visit the venue for reservation or make an advance booking. Guests are allowed to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. However, there is a corkage fee for lechon/belly and hard drinks/beer. Bringing a BT Speaker/Sound system also incurs a corkage fee. Paid cottages have sockets available for use.

It's birthday of my youngest sister so we went to this place its have a 250 entrance fee for adult and a basic cottage is 600 php buts it's large enough for the whole family and friends. It's has 3 pools and many artistic figures that the kids would like and the best it's have many life guards on duty to each pools so the little ones would enjoy to the max swimming.

Perfect for a quick dip on a pool. Best suited for kids who love slides and adults who don't want to drive far from home. Just few minutes from home.. Good to see that today it looks clean and tempting to swim. Affordable entrance fee ..

Perfect place for those who have kids with them. 2 pools are designed for kids with slides.. and a big slide for big man too
It happens we came here with a nice weather so sunny that kids don't matter if they'll get sunburn afterwards..

Amazing experience!
The kids have enjoyed the massive pool for them. We, the adults, enjoyed the slide and the ambiance. Very accessible and is located within the city. Fees are very reasonable. Worth the while! Will recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a great time here with friends. There are two sides. One where the rooms have a private pool where we stayed and another with an amusement pool setup. Both were great. Rooms were pretty big. Only downside was cable for TV was out and wifi not available due to damage from Typhoon Odette. There is a food area with different food stalls just a walk away that we ate st several times. Was so nice we stayed there twice several days apart.

About the customer service, when i was there i saw a lady customer who was very rude. She was shouting very loud, cursing, complaining at the front desk customer service crew putting the crew to shame and not talking to them in a polite manner.
These bastos crazy customers should be BANNED from entering Cebu Westown Lagoon. Cebu Westown Lagoon is a place where you should relax & enjoy, meet & greet other people in a polite and respectful way. It should not be a place for crazy customers to enter.

Been here once for my father-in-law's birthday. This is a great place for kids and for those who are kids in heart. There's a variety of pools you can choose from. My favorite are the slides. It's just exhilarating!

If you ever come here, please be reminded that they don't allow alcoholic beverages. You'll need to pay corkage if you ever bring one.

Definitely will come back here in the near future.

Great for kids and especially family. Well priced and lots of pools and features to enjoy. Top place in the city for a whole day out without ridiculous prices. You can take your own food at no corkage fee. Our family love this place.

Love this place, they have a very nice staff. And the ambiance was so good.
