My favorite bus I always travel with them 2-4 times a month, ☺, especially Joybus to Baler. I hope they provide additional buses to Baler during holidays and the peak season.

Good transport going to Baler Aurora, unfortunately, going back to Cabanatuan, I arrived at 6:30AM and fall in line to ticketing booth, when I go up to bus, so many people already occupying the seat and they don't have ticket, they make reservation, by placing their bags on the seat, it's unfair to some elderly person, who still in ticketing booth.

Their bus left on time, as scheduled. Very comfortable and they provide blankets to the passengers.

I usually have to transfer to 3 different buses to travel back home. Fortunately, there is Genesis. It has a route from Cubao to Baler and vice versa. It saves a lot of time on waiting on terminals if I have to transfer buses. My travel got cut off by 3 hours. I will continue to use their service.

We took the Midnight Bus from Manila to Baler and all worked perfectly fine. We were bit concerned not to find it the bus station and that our prebooked tickets would not work but all went smoothly. Can recommend doing it that way!

Joybus is very good . WARNING bring warm clothes, its only 17c° in the bus.

Comfy ride
Reservation is a must since there are only limited schedule going back to Manila
For Genesis bus (regular), it starts from 6am and last trip is 10am while for Joybus (non-stop) last trip is at 2pm
Travel time is approx 6hrs for Joybus
Staff is approachable

Ideal transpo to take going to Baler...driver is good very familiar with the bends and curve of the road and staff are friendly wether youre in cubao or at baler.
