Mdju hndi naging maganda xperience ko sa salon. It took me 8 hours matapus. Kasi bz ang crew sa personal matters nya

I had a very bad experience in their Salon.. They use plastic bag of jollibee as a hair cap.. The worst part is the plastic came from the meal of their client.. Very disappointed

Service was bad. It was horrible, you can feel that the staff are not happy with whatever they’re doing. It was unsanitary and workers were not wearing any masks. And it smelled bad. Even the towels smelled bad, I almost puked. The only one who was great and happy doing her job was the female manicurist, she was very accommodating. The only rose amongst the thorns. I’ve always thought they would have great customer service, because of their posts on Facebook. And my oh my, I was wrong. They were not even careful when applying the hair colour and treatment. Never coming back again

Honest review (cebu branch): the staff is very buotan gyud except sa ilang manager na klarong ilaha ng sayop mu rason pa gyud. I went at the salon exactly 2:14 PM kana orasa ang saktong oras gi shampoo na nila akong buhok, I have noticed na understaffed gyud sila. Isa ra ka staff ag nag accomodate sa pag butang ug medicine ug plantsa nya ag assistant kay tig blower ug rinse sa buhok. During my service, around 4-5 customers ag ilang gi accomodate knowing na understaffed gyud sila (ako kumpyanyansa ra kay atleast akoy nauna ako juy una maka uli) then later on ni abot ra ilang feel nako na manager. The girl before me purchased the same promo so confident rako na inag uli niya after 2 hours maka uli nasad ko. Pero purya gaba nalang ni abot nag alas dose wapako nahuman ug wako ni reklamo di sad ko nila i asikaso. Of all the customer 2nd to the last tawn ko nahuman imagine? I ask the manager if typically pilay duration sa ako promo and he told me na 5-6 hours so ako ni ingon jud kog ay 10 hours nako ani ga huwat gyapon ko nauna nalang tong mga clients daw nila na naka highlights rebond nya ako color black rebond ra ako gi request. Seriously? 12:20am na tawn ko nahuman from 2 PM. I appreciate the promo pero di sad worth it with meni pedi basta maka purchase ug 2k pero jusmiyo ga dugo tawn akong kuko. Worst experience jud ni na salon NEVER AGAIN!!!!

i got brazillian treatment i was expecting it to be done nice but after 2 days naliligo na ako bumalik sa dati ang hair ko
bad expercience goshh the place is unsanitized.
