This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, from restaurant recommendations to arranging transportation. We especially loved the rooftop pool and bar, which provided the perfect setting for relaxing after a busy day of exploring. We can't wait to return to this fantastic hotel!

Grand Xing Imperial Hotel is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is located in a quiet and peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it an ideal getaway for those who want a break from their monotonous routines.

The bed was comfortable and I had a great sleep.

Stayed for 3 days and the hotel was nice, the food was good. Staff were very accommodating and very humble. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning décor.
Room was well maintained and spacious.

More accessible and very comfortable to stay here when we have meeting and you can have a banquet reservation when you have an event from a company or wedding. They also offer room reservation when you need a day or more to stay in Iloilo City. very accessible to all mall and shopping center all around the place and restaurants and other food chain.

A lovely very clean hotel. The rooms were very spacious. The swimming pool has a good view over parts of the city. Also it has a good covering the sitting area and part of the pool. So when the sun is shining on the pool. You have some shelter from it. The service is excellent and the staff are excellent. The food is good.

Decent and spacious rooms at a good value. Room rates are just right plus an overnight stay comes with free breakfast. They have an infinity pool where you can dip and chill. Overall hotel service is great.

The infinity lap pool is definitely a come-on, but opens late in the morning and closes early in the afternoon, so nobody can enjoy the clear clean water anymore.

Breakfast food is definitely bland and wanting, one can even say street food tastes much better.

Hotel staff courteous, but will only just look at you carrying your luggage.

Hopefully, they can improve their services since I would definitely choose and support local hotels over other brands. Offering discounted/promo room prices should not translate to deteriorating accommodation.

My family loves the place. It has a well-equipped gym and an infinity pool. Breakfast buffet offers wide choices of food from vegetarian to meat lovers.
Room is very clean and spacious. Water supply is good with hot and cold choices. Employees are friendly and accommodating
