If ever you are in a budget but won't be disappointed with the service a hotel can provide then People's Hotel is a very commendable place to stay. The staff are very accommodating and warm. The rooms are clean and spacious. A few minutes away from the city center. Free parking for guest. What more could you ask for? Will definitely book again if ever i am in iloilo.

Clean and good smelling rooms with ample walking space in room. The only problem is that their elevator not working, for a year now. Do ask help to bring ur large luggage upstairs

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this unpretentious hotel located just 20 km from the Iloilo International Airport, and I must say that it offered a convenient and comfortable stay during my visit to Iloilo.

First and foremost, the hotel's location was a major plus point for me. Being just 4 km away from the beautiful Jaro Cathedral allowed me to easily explore this historical landmark and immerse myself in its rich cultural significance. Additionally, the proximity of the hotel to the Museo Iloilo, which was just a 14-minute walk away, made it incredibly convenient for me to indulge in the city's vibrant art scene and learn about its fascinating history.

Clean hotel. Typical room design. Ideal for short stays/travelers. Our room has a clogged toilet.
Location is very accessible. Staffs are very accomodating, you just ask what you need and they will deliver it straight to your rooms. Comes with bottled water, refillable every day.

No frills hotel but place is comfortable and clean. The staff is nice and friendly. Hotel feels secure. I'm actually surprised to get this kind of really neat and clean place for the price I paid. It's also close to many places in the city. I will definitely stay here again!

but we had an emergency fire alarm. and the staff didn't respond/or inform the guest what's just happening. we were just outside the hallway waiting for there respond. but nothing happened until the alarm stops

Comfortable and Clean rooms very quite ambiance. Great stuff and nice view. Well recommended to visit. You can relax and enjoy.

Our standard room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We booked this via Agoda and we don't regret booking here. Although the WiFi is quite slow, you can still open your mail and messages for some time. We'll get back soon! Walking distance to Iloilo City proper.

The name says it all! People's Hotel! I had a good stay here.. its very convinient.. im the middle of the city! Staffs are very nice!

Nice time staying here. We had a spacious room with a most comfy bed. Adequately equipped with just the right amenities. Wifi is intermittently present so that sucks. Still service is excellent, breakfast is good and the staff are good-natured and eager to please. Definitely coming back.

Accomodation is good. Rooms are complete with aircon, tv, wifi, toiletries, slippers, etc. But for now, they are strict on implementing healthy protocols. Vaccination card is required. If not yet vaccinated, you are required to undergo a 3 day quarantine or you may provide your negative Swab Result, travel Itinerary, coordination and acceptance letters, and certificate of employment.
