We usually have brunch here. It's possible to pay with credit/ debit cards. You can place orders via phone and pick them up for takeaway. Their nachos are the best I've eaten anywhere in the Philippines. The animal fries, sandwiches, and burgers are tasty as well. They also serve yummy fluffy and buttery pancakes. If you enjoy Italian pasta, the Amatriciana is super delicious! Finish your meal off with one of their delightful cakes, cookies, or browinies. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic. They play a nice mix of soothing Bossa Nova music. You can dine on the outside upper terrace and have a nice view of the immediate area. The air-conditioning works well and adds to the comfort of the dining experience. The staff are professional and polite. The cost is higher than average, but it is 100% worth it, in my opinion. This is definitely a restaurant you will dine at as an occasional treat to yourself or that someone special.

Location - centrally located. Just a few meters from Jollibee Jordan branch. The restaurant itself is located on the second floor of Casa (something)

Accessibility - has ample parking space. Wheelchair friendly? Didn't find any elevator in the building. Just a flight of stairs.

Ambiance - cozy. Cool. Well-lit cos of natural light coming through the wide and floor to ceiling sliding windows. It was airy and the plenty of space made it feel welcoming. They have nice area for people who have to wait to be seated (i guess) Or it could be a comfortable seating area for those who want to just sit down and have a cup of coffee and slice of cake.

Food - wide selection but mostly Filipino dishes. The beef salpicao we had was a tad bit gummy. Loved the flavors tho. The chopsuey and the sisig and the buttered garlic shrimp were my favorites. Also had their pork sinigang. It had more pork chunks and slices than we expected. Didn't order their cakes/pastries. We were there for lunch.

Price - considering that the restaurant is not your pucho2 kind of dining place and it's located in the banwa, I'd say it was worthy.

Service - five twinkling stars! We were catered right after we stepped on the second floor landing. Waited just a few minutes to be seated on a clean table. Until we were asked to move to a bigger table (cos the waiter said our plates and ordered food won't fit on the table). That was nice of him to consider it ahead.

Overall, my friends and I loved our dining experience at Edith. Will surely come back and have some of their dishes. And their cakes, too.

Highly recommended lunch place for group tours in Guimaras Island

This place seems like a regular restaurant but it caters not only good food but also relaxing atmosphere. I love how accommodating the staff here too. I would definitely recomment their Pork Lomi, buttered chicken, sizzling sisig, and chop suey. If you want all of these, you can order their platters which are also budget-friendly and so worth it!

The best restaurant i’ve tried in guimaras. We tried pork sisig, Buttered chicken, Lomi but the best was Pinakbet.

Legitimate Oldschool Siopao! The place is nice and chill. Good service. Reasonable prices. Love bringing the family here. ❤
