The Poblacion, Muntinlupa branch of the large banking chain (as of this writing, the largest bank in the Philippines, although of course that can change in this time of mega mergers). Service can take very long, especially during peak hours. The Covid pandemic forced many people to do most of their banking online, although conversely it also forced banks and other companies to implement systems to make it more convenient to do so. And especially in the case of this bank, I strongly suggest doing transactions online.

I don't know the actual reason why this always happens but every 15th and the end of the month where people needs to widthraw their salary, only ONE ATM works. This forces everyone to get stuck on a long queue and stand for an hour before they have their turn. Is this the kind of service you're proud of?

A big waste of time talking to an arrogant Manager in this branch. A senior citizen approached you with the situation that we experienced and yet you talked arrogantly! You should know what’s the customer service means. Yes you have a position however you should value your clients. You’re not fit with your title.

The Card replacement took me 3 hours just to process , the one processing my replacement forgot to upload my documents for approval and were waiting for nothing only to find out she need to re request again. ive been in the branch since 11am and finished by 1am when there is only less than 10 people they are servicing , it could have been better if they try to contact the San Lorenzo branch for approval as soon as possible. the urgency for stolen card is not given.

The guards is not friendly as the other bank's guard.

Worst experience. Staff will insist on their “recommendations” and refused to follow the client’s “preference”. They will direct you to a person who will assist but will tell you they can’t just yet due to pending tasks. Not a very good customer service.
