Acacia Hotel Manila

One of finest hotel/restaurant in the South! It was my first visit & will definitely come back again for every meet up i will have. The quality of the food is amazing! And most importantly, what keeps me coming back is the service. I highly commend Craig Darryll for his excellent service. So polite, positive vibes, and the enthusiasm for his work is evident. He is a valuable asset to the company. Kudos to the team!

Very spacious hotel and rooms. Tidy rooms. Personnel are very courteous and friendly.
Hotel has a lot of amenities - spa, swimming pool, gym, massage services, hair dresser, pedicure manicure....
Breakfast has a wide selection of continental and Asian dishes. Has restaurants inside the hotel that are open till 10pm also.
At walking distance there are plenty of very nice restaurants and bars as well as several shopping malls of which 1 big mall (Festival Mall).
This is the hotel to stay in if you don't have a car or don't want to be bothered with public transportation

The room could’ve used more lighting specially in the bathroom. The towels were a little thin. It would’ve been nicer to have thicker towels. Excellent service from the staff though! They were all so friendly and very helpful. Definitely give five stars to the hotel staff. Location was also perfect. Walking distance right next to Alabang Town Center and St. Jerome Church.

Had a Golden Anniversary celebration for our beloved Parents... fantastic service by Acacia Staff and Team..special mention to FNB Rico for the outstanding service delivery to what was initially a stressful couple of days as we the family coordinated the event. Rico and his staff on the day went beyond service delivery, and our family are very thankful for the support and high standard of service.

Food was also great, thank you Chefs.

We had dinner a few years back at the restaurant on 1st floor... but the Ballroom was something else!

This hotel is exceptional! The staff were very accommodating and welcomed us warmheartedly. The exquisite cuisine is one of a kind, as it explored many Filipino dishes. The rooms were also my kind of aesthetic, and I enjoyed the outside view. I went for a dip and had a great time swimming. This hotel was a nice experience, affordable too.

This is our third time to stay at Acacia Hotel. It’s our go to choice whenever we are in the Alabang area. It’s a good location, you can just walk to Commerce centre or Westgate. Also ideally located for pickups.

The rooms are a good size, quite clean and a good price. The staff are very helpful.

The food is decent, I remember their cakes from the lobby restaurant and now they even have a Chinese restaurant which is alright.

Will definitely come back here next time we are in the area.

My booking was processed thru Agoda, with free breakfast. Even if i received notification that my booking was confirmed, i still sent an email to Acacia a few days before my scheduled check in to double check my booking. They responded the following day so I was relieved.

Everything was okay. Though I feel that the reception area is so cramped with so many restos on the lobby area. I went there on Christmas eve so I was anticipating that there would be a lot of guests. There were more than 3 receptionists at that time, so I guess they were ready for the influx of guests.

The foods are nice and delicious.
The service is ok, just ok. The people working there knows their task and they know how to properly present themselves in front of visitors.
The hotel is located not in highways or main roads.

It was a really great experience, I love the room, the food, and especially, the service. Acacia hotel, even provided us with a complementary service shuttle after we checked out. Value for money is really great.

Location and service are exceptional. Rooms are a bit dated though and our shower was a bit smelly. Very close to a few shopping venues and 5mins away from Molito.

It was my 1st time to stay at this hotel. It was just an invitation from a friend and I am very much delighted for the experience. It was luxurious but very much worth it. I am considering the place for our celebration for our upcoming 7th anniversary.

It is the perfect staycation place, I really enjoyed the luxury and top class service, the amenities are so nice specially the spa and gym. 10/10 would check in again.

Went here to attend an event. So far, the staff were approachable and accommodating. The function rooms were conducive and perfect for small to large events. Their food is also good.

One of the places that I really find interesting because of their excellent facilities and amenities. Their food was so amazing. I stil prefer this place for my next visit.

Acacia Hotel Manila exceeded all my expectations during my stay! From the moment I walked in, the staff’s warm welcome made me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel’s location was convenient for exploring the city. T

There's nothing to say here for Acacia Hotel.

I could tell lots about their buffet breakfast because their buffet breakfast is the best I had so far on hotels around Alabang. No waste food, no tasteless food. Their breakfast buffet is expensive but reasonable. My only concern is the area where you could ask for freshly cooked eggs. It's not easy to notice.

For the room, the ventilation of the room is super nice. Feels like fresh air. Lacks table for the kitchenette since they used and maximized the table of the TV for mini fridge. Unfortunately, I couldn't notice easily unless asked. The room has 24/7 dining, but it is too overpriced.

The hotel has a wellness spa inside and enjoyed it after hours of dinner.

Experience is great. A place I'll consider to book again :))

Loved every bit of our staycation. They really gave a 5-star experience to their guests. Requested for two wine glasses since we brought out own wine and it was free of charge. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious. There were many kids at the pool the time we went there because it was the holidays. But overall, we still went for a dip and towels were available, even at the gym.

2023 APFAN conducted here. Great location for the event, nice hotel with tip top services, all the meals supplied were so flavourful and delicious. Variety is choices and the facilities were great. Reasonable price and upgrade us to the suite, with nice decorations as well. Highly recommended for all.

Everything was amazing, staff, clean towels daily, location, price, bathroom. I recommend it, and really enjoyed the staycation!
