Took my Innova for service. Arrived before my 9 am appointment, out by 1030. Hassle free maintainance. Service group is very customer friendly, everything to be done is explained to you. There is also a waiting lounge with free coffee, newspapers and tv. The guards are also very respectful and helpful.

They have really good service. First impression lasts so I think we will be using their service even more.

The place is well-lit. They offered us good acoomodation. Good job!

If you ever need to have your trusty Toyota serviced, do it here. It was a weekend so I didn't expect that they'll accept walk-ins but they did. They have a lounge where you can wait while having your car checked and tuned by their expert mechanics. They also offer free coffee and some snacks. Earlier, they had a pick-a-prize promo for having your car serviced.

My experience is ok, but if it wasn't for Ms Cherry Farinas (toyota agent) who help me throughout this time of my purchase it would be so difficult. So far, its ok.

Great interior, will lit and warm. Even if you're not out to buy a car, you will surely feel driven by the Toyota ambience.🙏

Been there for about 5 maintenances and I would say their job of taking good care of the unit on top of quality customer relations were exceptional. Just recently, I requested for a quotation on a 30,000km maintenance. The offer is quite a bit high. When I went back for re-assessment, they've adjusted the computation fit for the budget, provide some tips and insights on how things might become on the next visit. For me, its a customer care at its finest. They just need to work on the mobile signal as customers find it hard to browse their phone due to a challenged reception at the basement. Overall, quality job for your unit, with helpful representatives awaiting at you from the desk down to the cheerful crews right at the work area. Enjoy free coffee/drinks while waiting! Its always nice to be back at Toyota Alabang Inc.

Staff and service really fast and efficient. I liked the way they treat us, how they handled our request from the beginning when we just inquired and Ms. Gert did a really great job. Many thanks for her help and guidance throughout our experience.

We came on the agreed time and came back on the promised time . Vehicle is ready for release. The Reception and Service personnel are very polite.

Very helpful staffs. Had to take my moms car for a service here. Left the car and told me it will take a bit longer than usual, so I decided to leave and kill time in the cinema at ATC, but mid movie they texted me that they have finished the car, so I ask them If I can just pick it up after 6pm, and was very greatful they said yes. Will recommend to everyone who have toyota cars.

My family bought a new car here in Toyota. It was exciting for me when I learned that they have their own cafe located at the second floor of the building. Just like any famous cafe they offer different flavors of coffee as well as cakes or breads to eat. Although their cafe is open to everyone but if your Toyota's client they can offer non-brewed coffees for free, of course. Their cafe has a very nice view too of the traffic or the intersection road.

Service advisors are friendly and gives good auto maintenance advices.

We ordered a new car from Toyota Alabang15th Oct and we were told 2-3 months delivery but on 5 Jan they cannot tell me when we will get the car. I am not impressed and if no proper information is received I will be meeting the manager to express my displeasure, this meeting may not be pretty!

Needed quick check on engine oil. Didn't have to wait. Technician attended in less than 5 min and I was good to go.

Very friendly staff. And fast transaction.
