I had a blissful sleep. I consider Crimson as the most accessible and convenient hotels to stay in. The texture of beddings is superb.
Friendly staff and very accommodating. I would like to commend Coach Raymond at the Fitness Center (Gym) He should be given a raise because of his exceptional service. Since its my first time to hit the gym. He was patient with guiding me. Took time that I experience all the machines. Kudos to Coach Raymond!

One of the best Hotel I've been.

My number 1 highlight is when we're in the buffet, some guess sneezed in some of the food, (it was disgusting) but then just in seconds the waiters and chef remove, sanitized and replaced the food. That made me feel more safe eating their food. Its DELICIOUS!

The overall design and mood in the hotel is beautiful, the staffs are kind and always attentive.

My favorite is the pool experience,it has strong wind and fun place to hang out with friends even at night.

My recent stay at the Crimson Hotel Filinvest was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with amazing customer service and a warm welcome. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. My room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The view from my room was spectacular and the bed was extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a nice touch and I really enjoyed the variety of options available. Overall, my experience at the Grand Beach Hotel was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Hotel is near by to Festival Mall. Reception gave us one room earlier and we have requested room next to each other which they were happy to provide. Although the second room took longer to be ready quated to 4PM. Rooms are a little outdated but equip with things you need. Instead of water bottles they water gallon you can refill which i think is good with regards to ledd plastic. They gave us a high floor over looking the pool and i would like to thank the reception although we have forgoten the reception name there was one staff who help us out and 2 trainees where their int he reception.

3-minute walk to festival mall in alabang. Room size is decent; amenities are great; dining experience is fantastic; more importantly, staff are great when it comes to customer service.. kudos 👏 to all staff.

Stayed here for 3 nights during the Christmas season and really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were great in a quiet corner location and had access to the convenient lounge that had a great breakfast. The in room dining was yummy, and I especially liked the Bakery and pizza joint downstairs. The staff were absolutely fantastic and super friendly.

The only downsides were the lack of a mini bar fridge, a subpar massage experience (which the staff helped rectify), and a busy lobby and elevator wait times during peak times.

But overall, I really liked the hotel and would come again.

We went there to celebrate my son's second birthday. It was a great experience. All the staff are friendly and very approachable. They have a beautiful swimming pool and a very relaxing pool side area. The bar is awesome as well and not overpriced. The location is also very accessible to the market, mall, 711, and very safe as there is a nearby police station and fire station. We will definitely go back to this hotel. Of all the hotels I've stayed in before, Crimson is by far the best for me!!!

The room we stayed in was very clean and the view is really nice. What I love most about this hotel are the staff. They were all accommodating, to be specific, Max (one of the bellboys), Joms (from Cafe eight) and the guy from housekeeping (I just didn't get his name -we stayed Jan 3-4), went the extra miles to make our stay enjoyable.

Will definitely stay here again.

My stay at Crimson Hotel was super splendid and awesome! I highly acknowledge Sir Marwin, Concierge Associate from Front Desk for his kindness and hospitable services along w/ everyone!

The room I got was a twin room which is amazing. It was in the 17th floor and we could see most of the Alabang buildings and even as far as the Makati skyline!

Pools are super great, the Lobby Lounge is great for working and have a bit too expensive foods since it's a five-star. Coke in a Can is freaking P150, but luckily the 7-Eleven, South Station, and Festivel Mall are all walking distance naman.

I felt great being here and would come back again if I have the money! Great for foreigners and locals. Would recommend! :-DD

What a wonderful, personalized experience. We stayed at the hotel overnight to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary. From check-in to checkout and everything in between, staff was smiling, ready to assist and quick in doing so as well. My children were also cared for and loved that they got kiddie plates and cups at breakfast. The staff would also play with them at times we were waiting in line to be assisted.
The executive room is spacious that even though we had an extra bed, there was still plenty of room to move around in. The stuff in the room are a little dated, the baby cot just all wood crib, the TV's video quality not HD but these very very minor issues. Bed was super comfy that my kids slept so early! They also left a cake in our room with greetings, we thought that was really sweet.
We had a nice dinner at Cafe Eight. Food was so good, large serving portions. They gave us complimentary dessert which we didn't even get to finish cause we were so full!
My kids ordered room service from different restaurants but even with so much food, the prices were fair and reasonable.
The Club Lounge had very few choices and it was quite warm when we went up for refreshments in the afternoon so we didn't stay long but I appreciate the evening cocktails.
Buffet breakfast was the highlight! My husband, very picky with hotel bfast food loved the spread. There was a good variety to choose from. Very filling. Coffee was nice. My son couldn't eat as he wasn't feeling well so I asked if they can send him food up the room and they were so understanding that they sent his requested food and he got to eat in the room.
Everyone was always smiling and helpful. Several staff greeted me happy birthday, and us happy anniversary when they were made aware. I think that the people in this hotel (and the food) is what truly makes us want to come back. My son was already asking me to book again and we haven't even checked out yet.

Very nice hotel, spacious lobby, big rooms, cordial staff, nice pool area. The interior of the hotel is a surprise, given its plain facade.

Posting of directions in the parking zones will be of great help, as there are no posted guides for people passing through the parking area.

This was our second time staying at this Crimson and it was another great experience. The hotel is clean, their breakfast at Cafe Eight is excellent, the gym is well stocked with all the essential weights and machines, and the staff is 5-star!

We've had great customer service from the moment we arrived.

rooms are nice and clean and comfy..food are great especially the breakfast buffet. all other services are ok except their reception staff sucks....we booked our rooms several months earlier and advised to check in at 3pm. on the day we are about to check-in our room is not available and we're accommodated after 2hours of waiting. also one of our rooms the bath towels are missing and nobody is answering in the housekeeping section. our stay is almost perfect except for the services in the reception and housekeeping section.

Went there for my prebirthday celebration. It’s my 2nd time staying there. My room had a great view. AC’s button had dents/ a hole? but AC was working and cold. Hope they’d upgrade their TV too, but overall my experience was great! They gave me a complimentary birthday cake. Staff members were very friendly. Pool was nice and clean, even the public shower room. Breakfast buffet was amazing too!

The staff are courteous, polite and helpful. They all speak English. The suite is a little bit smaller than what i'm used to. The rooms are a bit dark. The ref didn't seem to work in my room. There is no bathtub in the bathroom, only a standing shower. They have a pool but it seems that it's a kiddie pool since i saw kids swimming with their parents. I don't know if they have a regular swimming pool because this pool seems smaller than usual. Breakfast i think is free. I had the tocino. If you want to go the mall just cross the street from the hotel main entrance, that will take you to Festival Mall.

Crimson Hotel have a high-quality service, friendly staff and crews. The amenities are excellent for relaxation.

Facilities are well maintained. Staffs are accommodating. Except i will just comment on the 1st day in reception area. It took me almost for 1hr to check in . And i have already the reservation but i dont know what happen. I think that the reservation staff in front of me is not well versed of her job or on things with problems. Anyway, otger staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Overall, still in satisfied with my staycation..my kids also enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Nice room and an better view of southern Metro Manila. Pool can be crowded at night. Good breakfast buffet. Loved the pudding. Careful with the smoothie; they're not sweetened.

Like everything about this hotel especially the staffs! They are friendly, approachable and even remember you by names! Thanks to Mr Derrick Manatad for always taking initiative to help us with anything and to greet us by names. It made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Because of him, who works at the concierge/security and is the 1st person we met when we checked in to the hotel, the first good impression is already set, he definitely knows what is beyond customer service and has excellent service attitude! He is really an asset to the hotel! Thank you again Mr Derrick!
