Legitimate review: My father has 3 accounts with them for over 20 years. All he asked for was the transit number and the routing number in order for the bank overseas to be able to link and make some payments and they wouldn't give it at all. It's free and doesn't really affect them if they're worried about money laundering as it is a bank from Canada which has way higher standards than some 3rd world country bank trying to rob you of their fees and always asking for some maintaining balance, either because the bank can't manage their fund but hide their excuses by telling the masses to have this balance and berate you as if you don't have money..

Unfortunately this is the truth and the system needs to change. Hopefully anyone reading this will change their mind and go somewhere else with their banking.

The only reason why my review isn't all the way down to 1 is because the facilities look somewhat decent. Nothing more. Staff itself has some issues to work with and they all need training as far as learning some decent hospitality 101.

TLDR; This bank needs to learn a thing or 2 about hospitality towards their client's needs.
