Enjoyed my stay here. It was a short business trip. Hotel is clean, modern and with good facilities. Used the indoor pool twice. Kudos to John and Paul for serving fresh smoothie at poolside. Very personalised service.

Spa massage was great too. Yet to try the gym.

Hotel breakfast has a decent spread with great coffee.

Great room, nice open views, good food and excellent service. They also have a heated indoor pool (most hotels don't have this) that i really, really love!

Except for that 'killer chair' that they have where it swings all the way back until you fall!

Just remove that and it's one of the best hotel I've checked in!

Stayed here for a night so I can avoid the December traffic after attending our company’s Christmas party. The room I booked is spacious and cozy. Amenities are mostly in the same floor which makes it accessible. Gym is open 24 hours and has a nice view. I love the warm temperature of swimming pool. Staffs are polite, friendly and helpful which is the most important thing.

Our family spent the new year here and the experience was really something to remember. I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with the exceptional experience we had in the pool area. I am extremely grateful with the staff, Chuck Salvador who greeted and welcomed us pleasantly from the time we entered and make sure we had everything we needed before he left the area. He was incredibly friendly, polite, attentive and accommodating.👍

We really enjoyed too the elegant ambience of the hotel and I highly recommend here.👍

Stayed there for 3 nights (Nov. 1-4) and their rooms are literally very comfy. Feel relaxed after our stay and everything is still very new. Got a corner room with superb view. Foods for breakfast are generally good but needs to lower their sodium content coz some foods are a little bit salty. Overall I would recommend this place to everyone.

I stayed for 6 nights at the hotel and had an amazing 5-star experience. The breakfast buffet had plenty of food options. The room has daily housekeeping as well. I experienced the indoor pool, and it was fantastic. Shoutout to John Carlo, who made my stay extra special. He offered a smoothie after my evening swim. The gym also had enough gym equipment. Overall, the staff were very welcoming and showed heartwarming hospitality.

The swimming pool and gym complex is amazing! The experience was made so much better with the service provided by Chuck! 👍🏻👍🏻 The swimming pool attendant John Carlo treat us like a VIP. He did a great job and very friendly.

The location of the hotel was right in the center of things, 4 min walk from nice mall , let's if restaurants and other places to go to.

Evening - well this place is as good as it gets. 2 weeks here for business and it was made easy. I looked at 6 other properties on site visits and this is worlds ahead and not a single complaint. Rooms are very spacious, great facilities with gym, pool and sauna. The restaurant is fab and the rooftop bar on point. And to top it off a 7/11 in the lobby. I won’t look any further. Spent 3 nights and enjoyed every second of it! The whole family enjoyed our time at the pool, warm water, awesome jacuzzi with free smoothies and fresh fruits! Thank you Mr. John Carlo for assisting us at the pool.

A good hideaway place for a mini staycation highly recommended for couples or families especially during the holiday season. Staffs are courteous are proactive. Food is sufficient in quantity and quality. Rooms are cleaned and well stocked.

Marco polo Ortigas is our "go to" hotel. Expect to have good service from lobby, room, cuccina and the rest of the staff. Today, we experience a superb service from the pool area. Thanks CHUCK! You're the man!

It was only 7 nights stay but the overall experience was really good. My kids was able to enjoy the pool facility. The staff that assist named Paul and JC did an extra mile making sure the kids were safe while swimming plus other small things they did with a smile.

Enjoyed our short but truly pleasant stay in this hotel. Nothing really fancy with the amenities but the service is really worth acknowledging. From the reservation (Jethro and Andrea) room service, dining (Erika was the one who waited for us), to the pool staff (JM and Paul), we can say that as guests, we were properly taken cared for.

Was able to check-in here pre-pandemic and I can say that the good guest experience has not just maintained but even improved.

Will definitely come back.

The facilities that were available in the hotel were all very modern and had a very comforting environment. The amenities were also high quality. The staff were also very accommodating and kind. The food was also excellent and varied from many different cultures. Overall it was an exemplary stay.

Celebrated my birthday here and it was one for the books! Our room was very spacious, the staff were very accomodating. I loved everything, the buffet, the amenities such as the infinity pool and gym. It was a luxurious experience!

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Service is great, staffs are professional but friendly. Location is very good and accessible.

I think we found a perfect place to spend the day with our parents (senior, PWD).
The place has heated pool- perfect temperature for seniors to walk around the pool and get their much needed exercise.

Pool is indoors so rain won't be an issue.
Pool is not perfectly senior friendly (entrance by ladder. There's a few steps of stairs going to the pool deck). Pool deck is well maintained.
Rest assured, they have the most helpful staff you could ask for. Carlo and Berna, thank you very much for the excellent service.
Note. We stayed from Sunday to Monday (holiday. Barangay Election).

Hotel is comfortable. Hotel is in a great location- you could rush to work if there's an emergency.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and has a premium feel. They have a great view of Quezon City.
