The Grove by Rockwell, Tower D

Came here for a visit to my mom's friend who is one of the unit owners. The site is secured, a pretty quiet community. Guards are attentive and very accommodating. The lifts were clean, hallways are secured and clean, aura looked good. The unit we went into was a 3-BR, 3-FB unit. It was spacious. Windows surrounded the entire unit with 2 balconies. The sight was superb, where you can see Pasig skyline as well as one INC locale in few meters away. If you're filthy rich and can afford high-end housing, then this one is a must.

Resort residences in the heart of the city. Fabulous place! Nice security personnel, random people, and neighbors. Overall, it was an awesome experience 👌 thank you.

Visited a friend here last July 27 and the staff, from the guards to the receptionists are friendly. They are also not very intimidating — they will just let you sign into a log book when visiting someone then accompany you to the elevator abd give you access and done.

The place itself is really good and safe — there are sidewalks for people and everyone is practicing safety protocols.

There are cafes, restos and a supermarket inside The Grove which is really convenient if you live in the area and if you are someone like me who frequently visits there, you will not be bored because there are things that you can do while waiting.

A great community near Eastwood and Ortigas.

Clean layout and a bunch of interesting stores (mostly restaurants). Good place for a quiet meal or coffee.

Resort-style living in the heart of the city. Facilities are very well maintained and commuting is an ease being situated along a main road. Service personnel always greet you with a smile and provide you with a sense of security and comfort.

This is a great place to live. They have 2 swimming pools. One huge one with plenty seating. State of the art Gym. Indoor and outdoor basketball court. Tennis court. Cafes and restos in the front with a Ruston supermarket. Animal friendly.

A great and secure place for condo living. Great community. It has good amenities though hard to enjoy for the moment due to the pandemic.

In metro Manila there are condos and then there is the Grove by Rockwell. In my opinion, this is the quintessential standard for modern city living. Quiet, peaceful and safe. Clean environment with many restaurants to choose from. The apartments are fully equipped with cooking utensils. Clean rooms with good housekeeping service.

Nice place to stay in. Well maintained and clean place. The animities are very upto the mark. Theres 7-11 and Rustan for day to day shopping. Theres a BDO bank and 10-15 nice resturants. Overall a great place.

Not usually crowded. Away from major foot traffic. Parking slots along the road so easy to go to your fave coffee shop .
