The room we stayed in for 4 days was a Deluxe twin room wch overall is okay.
Not as new but Clean.
Cold AC.
Hot and cold water working.
Bathroom okay.
Tho some rooms has clogged drainage as per colleagues.
Lifts are working.
Pool renovated. Sauna. Pool billiards.
Near offices.
Addendum: sorry I forgot to mention - people are nice!

Few food/ resto choices.
Only grab And taxi as transport options if you want to travel to other places.

The hotel and the residential condominiums are in one building. I am hosting my friend's condominium for AIRBNB and long term rent for 1 year.

The room is quite comfortable and nice. Breakfast is also okay in Tully’s coffee. It’s a good place that provides a very accessible and affordable option in the business district.

The staff are also very welcoming and courteous, they provided me with all I needed.

Simple but the best 🌟 The staff are nice and accommodating. The room we had for our holiday vacation is very clean and neat. The bed is comfortable and our room has the best view. Plus the hotel has all the access from malls, just walking distance with The Podium, Shangrila Plaza, SM Megamall, etc. so it's really a great hotel to check-in. We enjoyed our stay so hopefully we will be back sometime soon!! 😍

Excellent amenities for guest and clients, accessible at the heart of Ortigas Center.

I checked-in for a night in this hotel. The room is so clean and homey. All the staff are so courteous. From the guards, receptionist as well as the maintenance. They also have a complimentary parking area for guests unlike other hotels which charge so much. I will definitely book in this hotel again.

We are currently staying here for tonight, and so far I am amazed by how they accomodate guests. It is the first time I went in a hotel with a hotel staff (Sir Arvin), the assistant manager in the front desk, who assisted me and made sure that we will have the outmost service and comfort of their hotel accomodation. He was so friendly and approachable that I was surprised with his flexibility to accomodate our concerns.

Given a chance that I will need a place to stay here in Ortigas or Pasig in the future, I will surely book this hotel. To Sir Arvin, I want to say how grateful I am. Godbless and more power! 😁

It is a condotel. Some floors are hotel rooms but most floors are condo units. Staff, guards and maintenance are warm and friendly. The place a bit old, built 2012. But the location is superb. Condo Rental a bit pricey.

Great and besutiful staff , friendly security staff , the guards at the parking , ms. parking staff , kuya front door guard ( nigh shift) they are all friendly always smiling. Madam front desk 👍 Kuya Maintenace with long hair galing very helpful 👍. Clean .

Suggestion try to invest in scents to create a signature Exchange Residence scent 👍

Stayed here for six months. Nice cosy place with friendly warm welcoming staff. The location is amazing with shops, restaurants, malls, theatres in close proximity. Since I was working in Ortigas, the place was extremely convenient. My home away from home once upon a time... I would easily recommend anyone to stay there.

Helpful staff and guards. Courtesy calls for visitors to make sure you're expecting someone before letting them up. Easy transitions of rooms of if extending

My family's favorite hotel for staycations. We've stayed here for like 4 times already. Not too pricey for just a weekend getaway. Great for family or romantic escapes. Superb ambiance and facilities; our kids love the pool and play area. Nice and warm hotel staff. Will definitely be back again ;)

Strategically located..very accessible

Its clean with complete complimentary items. Rhey even gave me so much extra coffee coz i have to study. Staffs have good customer service. Bitin lang sa breakfast.

Me and my cousin was looking for an apartment near ortigas area and we found this place. We got the premier room with 2 beds. The room is biiigg and they have complete amenities too. 🤩 They have good location, their people was so helpful and its a bit cheap as well. Loved this place!

The service is perfect, it's a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The staff are very dependable and the area for me is just so perfect if you have a specific thing to do in Ortigas or even when you just wanna walk around and see the architecture. For tourists, this could be a very good deal.

Hello everyone, this is my 2nd day experience here in the hotel as I have 10 days quarantine period as seafarer waiting for my RT CPR Test schedule. for me I feel so very relaxing and comfortable as there is almost the necessity we need like HEATER TV REF and a strong WIFI CONNECTION beside your bed (10H). For me I feel so relax and comfortable as i have taken extra groceries before check inn for 10 days supply. Just dont forget to drop buy for your personal drinks and food before check in for your comfortable stay, as for the protocol you cannot take outside orders like Grab or Food Panda, even Lazada delivery not possible.

An affordable hotel in the heart of ortigas center. Very accessible to many malls and offices. They offer free WiFi, great accommodation, good food. Highly recommended for people who are only planning on staying for just a few days.
