Perfect Body Fitness and Wellness Centre

I have been going to this Gym every time I visit the Philippines. Great Staff, I mean everyone there are so friendly and do there best to help you out. The boxing coaches are awesome!! I love to box and even thought I'm a heavy weight they don't mind holding the pads and doing drills with me. See you guys real soon!

This is by far a more complete weight training facility I've seen here in Mandaue City Cebu. Easy access and equipment is always available.
Friendly staff. Only problem I have is inconsistent maintenance of treadmills. Spin bikes and elliptical machines are always available.
They are on the third floor and there is good ventilation. They have old Cybex equipment from the 1990's early 2000's but it is effective. Free weights dumbbells are in pounds and range from 5 to 100 lbs.
Plates are in kilograms and range from 1/2 to 20 kilos. There is a power rack, Smith machine, weight assisted dip and lat pull down machine.
Personal trainers are available with an organized training program for beginners.
Protein powders, vitamins are also available.

They have zumba classes and there is a boxing ring. Zumba classes and Jiu jitsu along with yoga is now offered.

*Update: the club recently opened September 2022 and is under new management. The club was closed due to covid. And received damage from Typhoon Odette in December of 2021.*

Affordable and clean gym. Instructors are well mannered and trained.

How much po yong babayaran per sessions?

Comprehensive facilities and equipment, has 2 Zumba classes each day from Mondays to Fridays. Also has boxing classes during the day and Muay Thai classes at night. Friendly staff. Great instructors. I would have given them a 5 star rating if they only maintain their equipment better.

OK gym. Minimum facilities and equipment (not that well-maintained). Can't have any complains as a beginner. The thing that keeps me going here is their instructors. They are very friendly and welcoming.
