Really enjoyed the place! Spacious and clean. Pool was perfect temperature and also very clean. Enjoyed the large selection of songs in the karaoke. WiFi is also available in the premises and is of good quality. The neighborhood is also safe and quiet(except of course for other party goers renting the other resorts around you; but there are no typical city noises)

Highly recommended! Perfect for a weekend getaway with family. Kids will enjoy the kiddie pool and playground; adults will enjoy videoke, fast Fibr internet and free movies. Caretaker was also very helpful. High quality material and amenities. A totally different pansol experience! Almost the same experience as villa living in Bali. 👍🏼

Highly recommended. We were there Sept. 5 & 6. The management, the staff and the resort itself were just perfect. We were 25 (3 kids) and all slept with lots of beds to spare. And the spring itself, it was clean and refreshing. Had one of my best sleep in years! We brought our own food and drinks but the staff were available for additional needs. Thinking of taking your family/families for a day or overnight outing? This is the place to go!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The spacious space were of high standard overall. Clean, good facilities. It was nice to have a kitchen to make our own meals. Lighting is great too. Everything is of high standard, actually. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this place.

"Enjoy to the fullest". It's a family bonding place for everyone who seeks happiness during their off time. This is where my baby girl celebrated her 1st Birthday last 2015. So, of course, the party went well and the staffs are really awesome because they help us set up the venue. The place is child-friendly because they have a mini playground in the area. They have a wide area at the back of the house where you can also play games with your family. They can also accommodate at least 60 family members in their rooms, so if your family is big then rent their Casa Primera Villa 2.

We've been here 2x. Dec 2020 and July 2021. The place was really clean and misting machine they're using are top of the line. The bedrooms are so big! The matresses, sheets and pillows are very clean like new bathroomnare so huge and clean (pwede kayo dun matulog) :D. And the staff were all accommodating and courteous. This is worth every penny. Di kayo magsisisi.

Clean area. Spacious rooms. Big comfy beds. Has a billiard table, darts, ping pong table, kitchen (and some utensils), kind and attentive staff. Oh, did I mention the pools? Clean and tidy area. Big enough to fit in probably even 80 to 100 people.

A great place. Spent a couple of days with the extended family. Good-sized pool and the accommodations are clean and well-maintained. The videoke machine has a good selection of songs. The grounds were spacious and clean.

A fun place to hang out with friends & family because of the karaoke machine & open seating area where you can feel the breeze. Very relaxing too with the warm hot spring pool. Air-conditioned rooms with flat screen TVs made it entertaining and comfy. I appreciated that it was an all-inclusive resort. It had billiards, darts, internet, and a big garden with kiddie toys to play around in. There's hot & cold water to drink, a grilling area, a stove, and fridge; so we cooked our own food here -- it made the experience delicious!

Highly recommend! The place is so neat and clean. They have a mini playground for the kids, surely they will enjoy it. They have pool and table tennis. Parking space. The rooms, they are a total of 4 rooms, 1 at the ground flr and the 3rooms upstairs. And kudos to kuya and ate caretaker. Sorry i wasnt able to get your names but they wer super kind and accommodating. Overall, my family had a great time at your resort.

We stayed at Casa Primera Villa 3 for 22 hours. We were a family of 15 and place was very spacious for all of us. I highly recommend them due to the following PROS:

1. We occupied their 3 Big & Clean Rooms with Split Type Strong Aircon & LED TV with readily connected USB with movies. The beddings are fresh and clean. They provide one blanket per guest.

2. 2 Fresh & Clean Swimming Pools. They change the water every other guest. We were able to swim at night since the water was warm.

3. FREE WIFI, Videoke, Billiards, Table Tennis, Small Kiddie Play area, etc.

4. Color Coded Trash Bins. Im very particular with cleanliness and waste segregation. So I really love this.

5. Professional & Organized during booking process.

6. Friendly and Polite On-Site Staff. Just call them when you need help since they reside inside the house. But dont worry they wont follow you around like in other private resorts. You can feel the privacy. :)

7. They will provide (1) one gallon of water on the first night. They also sell drinks. But you can also buy food at the nearby Sari-Sari Store.

8. We were able to Cook. Kindly ask the specific kitchenwares they have. By the way, Grilling Area is spacious too.

Just bring your own utensils, towels, and toiletries.

Highly recommending Casa Primera Villas to all!
I brought my family here back 2011 when it was just Casa Primera 1 then. Just over the week, I brought my family back again with me and to my surprise they already have Casa Primera 1,2,3 and going 6 very soon. My stay here still didn't fail me nor my family. They have very accommodating staff, neatest and very much well-maintained rooms and bathrooms and may I add each rooms has TVs equipped with USBs loaded with my children's fave movies that kept them entertained after wrestling them out of the pool, the pools were very safe and child-friendly and last but not the least we had a great time in their kitchen and dining area located next to the pool area. Thank you CP for another memorable and satisfying stay! Will surely visit your other villas again next time!

Spacious dining area, kitchen with more than your usual kitchen tools. Clean and comfy rooms with own bathroom and TV! They also provide towels and blankets, request lang kayo. Videoke, billiards, darts, table tennis and mini playground for the kids. Worth it ang ibabayad nyo dito. Will surely come back to this place!☺

This is the best hot spring resort I've been in Laguna. The whole place is very clean from the bedrooms to the pool water. If you're a Filipino living abroad and wants to have a great time with your family living in the Philippines in private, this is the place. There were 4 families in our group and we had a great time in and out of the pool. It's like a playground for adults and kids. The staff are very helpful, friendly and very professional.
Highly recommended to OFW's and locals too.

Very nice place for a family getaway. It's good for all ages: there's a playground for the kids, billiard table for the teens, videoke for the adults while sharing glasses of beer and wine, and ofcourse, not to mention the big pools that everyone can enjoy.
