The fish I bought from them died after a day....I've been fish keeping for 5 years and I check my water and measure its the amonia content is 0(ppm) and the ph level of my water is 7.1 and I make sure that the fish isn't stressed before I put it in the aquarium. And let it rest inside the bag for half an hour to get used to the water quality and temperature....what a waste of money they will only sell you sick fish.

Staffs are irresponsible towards the fishes esp the dogs on cage. They also talk to customers as if they own the place 😔 when you point out that the pets are stressed because of the dirt around them, they would just ask you for the payment. Smh

I bought a pair of guinea pigs. I only learned a day after that the male is sick after he started walking while dragging his head. The next day he is laying down slowly dying. This is why I have trust issues with buying small animals from pet stores. They always die within a week of just having them bc I find out they are sick the next day.

Staffs here doesn't know how to takecare of the fishes. I don't see them clean the tanks weekly. There are also many dead fish in the tank. Some of the fishes are skinny too and some is sick because of the dead ones.

The staff doesn't even care if there's a costomer,
They just look at you and continue chatting to each other.
