Parking is too limited, that you need to park at the back of MCM thru Bruger Subdivision.
Strict Health protocols is observed, such as going to OPD Triage Area at the back of MCM for health declaration before presenting to the guard on duty in the main hospital.

Attending physicians are accommodating. However, their standard consultation fees are raised from P500 to P800 with just writing a prescription, paid to their respective secretaries. If you asked for Medical Certificate for legal purposes (e.g. fit to climb mountain hiking such as Mt. Pulag or for A3 type personnel Covid19 vaccination classified as persons with comorbities), additional P200 will be charged, as well as small incision of overgrowth skin in case you consulted with physicians under general surgeon section.

Waiting area for patients having appointment with respective physicians is hot, with only electric fan is used especially in 3rd to 5th floor.

Elevator is fully operational for PWD.

In-house pharmacy is available but limited time only.

Only PNB Atm is located at the back of the hospital.

The most skyrocketing price for other operations is the CT Stonogram, similar to mammography or X-Ray in a tube, priced at P8,000+ just to scan the whole patient's body for any signs of bladder or renal failure.

Price is ugly in fact.

Naka ilang poos na bata. Almost dehydrated na. Walanpa din dextrose sa ER. Doctora na nagsabi epa confine dahil mataas WBC tapos 2 hours na wala pa din ginagawa!!

Magpapa bayad ng RT PCR pero cash payment lang??!?
Nag withdraw na perk wala pa din mag seab!

Anong klase itong ospital. Maganda lang experience namin sa pedia doctor eh at matagal na sya pero itong MCM parang pababa ang quality ng service / procesos ah

- staff are good except to their nurse named Victor Jamaquio who accused me na nag-uubos lang ng credit limit ng card kaya nagpa confine
- food is average naman, masarap and alway may gulay pag sinerve.
- ang bilis sa ER nila lalo na kung may lab request ka. Di ka maiaakyat ng room hanggat di tapos ang laboratory mo and for me it's a plus.
x the room is not worth for its price
1. Not patient friendly. iisipin mo na parang syang room for rent na kinonvert sa ospital. San ka nakakita na elevated ang CR.
2. I avail the private room as in room lang sya na aircondition.
- May TV pero walang remote. You need to pay Php 1,000.000 first for the deposit para bigyan ka nila remote but that's refundable once naibalik mo yung remote.
- May Ref pero sobrang baho at ang dumi yung tipong linisin mo talaga muna bago mo gamitin.
- No telephone, so if you need something like sa admission tatawag ka muna sa Nurse station
3. Nilalamok ang mga kwarto nila. GGGGrrrr.... Dito ata ako magkaka dengue.

Most importantant, not a safe place to stay kasi mahina na ang foundation ng building and parang di inaalagaan. I don't know pano nabigyan ng permit itong ospital na ito for HSSE.
