Kudos to Animal House team for saving our dog’s life, Chloe. She had to undergo an emergency surgery over the holidays.

Dr. Gemma at Animal House Alabang Zapote rd is so helpful to our two dog and two cat family. AH has cared for and kept our pets healthy with annual shots, monthly maintenance medicine, medical problems (inflections and acute illness), and things like dental prophylaxis/teeth cleaning. We would highly recommend AH Zapote rd.

The best vet clinic I know. They were able to save my pups from Distemper and Ehrlichia. They have complete lab and xray facilities. They do pet hospitalizations too. Very passionate and caring vets, handlers, and staff. They can also handle the grooming of my stubborn baby.

The front desk, staff and doctors are very accomodating. I have brought my dogs for check-ups more than thrice already. The best time to go here is around 7 or 8 am in the morning, not alot of people go during this time. By the way they follow a numbering system now.

Service: Deceased Pet Cremation
This was a day after typhoon Ulysses and during GCQ

+ They answer phone calls
+ They were accommodating when we brought our pet. They informed us about the process. They have someone pick up the body from their clinic and have the cremation done in Laguna.
+ The cremation package costs Php 8,000 : cremation, urn, paw print, and fur.
+ We were told that it would take a week, but our pet was brought back 3 days after.

Overall, the experience with Animal House Alabang was pleasant.

if you need a place to have yer furbabies checked, i highly recommend Animal House Alabang. they will surely take care of yer furbabies. oh. and i highly recommend vet yssa. she took care of my eldest cat. and is now taking care of our eldest dog. 🖤

They have the major equipment to diagnose your dog. More importantly, the vet who diagnosed our dog was truly sympathetic. I will never forget how kind she was to my wife and I when she told us the horrible news.

As always all the Doctors here are very professional and they really treat your fur babies with care and provide the utmost medical care for your babies and prescribe medicines that are really effective no waste of money..
The only BIG downside here is if you are walk in client you really need to wait for a maximum of 3 hrs before you will be called....
So make sure your babies are full and you also have water avilable as well.

Staff are very accommodating, courteous, and knowledgeable. Doctors and nurses show compassion towards the owners and the pets. It costs a bit of money to send your pet here. You get what you pay for, and you get good service.

One of the most reliable and experienced vet clinics. Can be very busy (best time is around 3-4pm). Parking can sometimes be a challenge as well. But after 10 years of using their services for both dogs and cats, and having frequented some other vets in the area, they know much more and are priced reasonably.

Waited for more than 1 hour because the place was packed by pets needing medical attention, but once we got our turn, we were assisted very thoroughly. There were multiple vets and vet techs working at the same time, really taking care of the pets being brought in.

Wait for your number to be served after logging in, they practice social distancing and the veterinarian was really nice while explaining everything that needs to be done for my puppy. Their prescriptions can usually be bought from there too which is very convenient.

My sick puppy with high fever was treated within 5 minutes of arrival. Dr. Ilaw explained in detail what they were doing every step of the way. I was able to take my puppy home. Within 3 days of prescribed treatment, my puppy was his old self again, as energetic as ever. Two weeks earlier, my sickly old black lab was also treated here. He looked like he wasn't going to make it. Not only did he make it but he has new energy and is playful again. Miracle or not, this is now my go to pet hospital.

3 different doctors have accommodated our dog since he was a puppy. All of them were very passionate and friendly. We have peace of mind every time. Kudos to everyone!

Expertly handled my senior dog's dental surgery (2 incisors and 1 molar extracted)! They had to keep him semi-conscious because fully sedating him is a big risk with his age. Came out of it like nothing happened 😁
