Been implementing a project here for almost a month now and I can say that their goal is customer-centered and I hope to contribute more to them to reach their goal.

Just got my Wildtrak unit last Feb. 18. Waiting time is around 2 months as compared to their nearest competitor where it took me almost 7 months before I decided to switch to Ford. My sales agent was honest and transparent who always provides me with update to ensure that I was well informed. He even inform and offer me if there is any available unit with different color from my preferred one. Also, as explained by my agent, Ford's online reservation will ensure that a unit will be alloted to me unlike other competitors who prefer to give the available units to their customers who acquire their vehicle thru in-house financing as their income is bigger as compared to cash purchases. My actual experience in driving the vehicle proved that i really made the right decision. Combining efficiency and innovation, Ford is really ahead of its competitors. This is just my thought based on personal experience.

Ford Alabang folks, from their guards, the staff, etc. were really very helpful in many ways. You can really feel as a valued customer whenever you visit there. THANK YOU again Ford! 🙂

The service crew have good customer accommodation, offers waiting customers coffee or tea or juice and you can also request a drink if you wanted more. Sometimes they also offer a couple of biscuits, or they used to (I'm not sure these days, since I don't really stay that long anymore). The staff and crew also makes sure that they meet your requirements in the service you requested done and also your other concerns.

This is a very accommodating dealership. I visited them twice to ask a lot of questions and they were always ready to answer. On those first 2 visits, I never showed any interest or assurance about acquiring a unit (although secretly I already had a ready approval on hand) and they never pushed me to make any decisions nor did I feel animosity from the people assisting me.

Third visit, I surprised them by asking to sign an application for a unit and to transfer my bank approval to them because they really impressed me and the staff had a great attitude. 4 days after, they released my unit. They are really a very efficient dealership. I hope the great experience continues when my scheduled PMS is due.
